Jackson Hedden was a pleasure to work with. The process went much more smoothly because they were aware of both the practical and creative aspects of product design. Seeing the concept come to life was made possible in particular by the prototype phase.

Very impressed with the process of developing new products. An early concept was transformed into a far more polished, production-ready concept by the team. Throughout the process, there was clear communication and a remarkable level of attention to detail.

these guys tried to charge me $10,000 just to engineer a simple invention. prolly 2 hours of work from someone who knows what theyre doing. he had no response to why I should choose his company

I hired Jackson Hedden to work with me on my product’s design and development, not just a prototype. Over a 16-month period, I was assigned four different designers, which caused massive delays and inconsistencies.

The prototype they eventually sent me arrived broken and unusable. Despite being informed immediately, they instructed me to return it for repairs at no charge. Six months later, I still have not received my prototype back. I was told it was ready to ship, yet no shipping confirmation was ever provided. Instead, I was sent a picture of a tube — not the prototype — claiming it was the problem.

To make matters worse, after I requested a refund, the billing records were altered, adding additional questionable hours. I verified directly with the manufacturers involved that no one from Jackson Hedden had communicated with them, despite Jackson Hedden billing me for that time.

I also have a recorded phone call with an employee admitting that time entries were fabricated after the fact because there were no proper records kept — this recording will be used in my upcoming small claims court case against Jackson Hedden.

Overall, this was a very unprofessional and disorganized experience. I would not recommend them to any serious inventor or entrepreneur.
