Jackpotjoy Reviews

It's like signing up to a automated money taker, sign up and we will take ur money thank you, what absolute scum of the earth there all doing it that's why they only getting 1 stars scumbags greedddd greeddd vileee

Scandalous website definitely changed over the last year, bonuses are infrequent and wins are minimal, they have even changed the daily bonus game the rewards have got from pounds to pence, even after emailing you just get some chat gpt response saying how all games are automated, absolute rubbish, it’s a scam site now when it used to be one of the best

I've been a jackpotjoy customer for many years. Something changed beginning of the year, over £2200 spent, no payouts. No features or bonuses it's like they've been turned off. My own fault for continuing to deposit. You email them and just get the same advice, clear cookies, cache, turn phone off and reset Internet but nothing changes. They say the slots are generated. It's Bullshit .seriously they need reporting as its not fair gaming at all.

I have 34 million in my account obviously I won't be getting that lol what a waste of a tenner it's ok for playing for free but id advise not to put money on i literally was trying to lose the money but it keeps going up if only it was befred lol

thief don't put money
scammer

Stay well clear of jackpotjoy they arnt a scan as such butbthe bigger messer gambling site going tge are quick to take your money but do everything they can to slow time withdrawls. Not just big withdrawls either iv been waiting over 24hrs for a 70 pound withdrawl so if ya won a jackpot youd be lucky to get it while the cash was still legal tender. Theres plenty of site that pay out instant so if you dont want head ache n messing about tgen stay clear jump on williamhill or thw like

Joined and left straight away when I saw how low the return % is on their slots.
They are the lowest possible at 92.05% which is terrible compared to other sites. No thanks!

It makes sense to have that one "dodgy" platform that is programmed to con the customer. After all they happen to own "Bally bet" and "Monopoly casino" - of which both actually pay out. As for jackpotjoy - this is where they get their money in order to fund the other two. You have less chance of winning on this particular branch, that is not to suggest you won't be lucky... You are just less likely. Bally bet own this company and use this brand to fund their higher paying services to ensure a profit. That is the truth. They will not like this comment.

It's true what everyone said..you CANT get a bonus on any slot game?????..I put over £150 in and all small bets..nothing won..something very sus about this place..self excluded after this dire experience.

over the last 5 weeks I have put a lot of money into this jackpotjoy, with never a win on the reels, fishing frenzy, you can not get the bonus boats on any bet that you play but maybe sometimes you could get them playing a stake of 10p, but never on 20p 50p £1 £2 or any other
they ought to be ashamed of them selfs oops

Never had a problem with this site fast payout even when I won a few thousand on tiki jackpot me & my husband have won quite a lot of money from this site
Tiki is one of the best bingo games!
Thank you Jackpotjoy

Disaster,horrible, disgusting I can't put anything nice

Woest obline cadono ever,£100 and nothing, absolutely nothing. Do not put not even £1. Better throw away on the street. The money you want to play there. No JOY OR JACKPOT.

The worse online gaming site, I will never give them another penny

brilliant site with wide variety of games. managed to build up yesterday but today its taken it all back. low wins and lost count how many 2 bonus symbols ive had. jackpots drop in but very rarely do you get the lightning to collect them. overall a good site and good game graphics. have recommended this site. maybe dont play until the evening as wins and bonuses dont seem to be in the game in the morning they must sleep in lol. given 5 stars although it took my money back it is a brilliant site.

Closed my account down. Since its been taken over its become terrible, all day every day the same people win every single game, it gives nothing but nect doors till the same names win. If you say anything they threaten to barr you from chat. And now chat has been taken away. Slots are always empty spins. New owners have completely destroyed this site. Im pretty sure the same names winning every single game is jackpotjoy in disguise. I recorded my games and sent them to gambling commissions and they told me its not random if same ppl are always winning. They are going to look into this site because something ain't right. There's fairer sites out there. Don't waste your money as you will never win

They not fit for purpose, they could care less about their customers who spend their money on their games, l have been with jpj for over 15 years l played on because l enjoyed. Not anymore they used to be the best site now they are the worst site. They altering the algorithms so that is not worth playing anymore. They are not interested if their is a problem - it is always on their side. If you want terrible service and the odds of winning are really low play jpj - l will not play again

I have played on this site for 24 years. It’s has gone completely downhill. No rewards for loyal customers. Pitiful bonus’s. Nothing to keep me playing for. You can hardly get a reward on a bonus these days on a game that I have been playing 15 years. I appreciate you don’t always win but you never win anything now on this site. Disappointing.

I play every day so I know almost all of the players. They stopped the chat rooms on Friday and since then I don’t recognise any of the winning players names. There is something going on. Also, the box bonanza games paying out for pennies. I’m spending money daily and win £1.80 on a box bonanza. Absolute joke

Joined using the welcome offer to deposit £10 and get £30 of bingo tickets. Spent the £10 and only received £3 in tickets - when asking customer service they advised that in the t and c’s it states ‘up to £30’ bloody shocking and a waste lf time
