Fast shipping, easy to use, have just tested them out so far and they preformed as posted on their site. They charge fast and are now available for our next emergency if needed. Next we plan to add solar panels to help with charging.

I had to leave one star as zero stars were not an option, The company should change its name to Jokery this is in regards to the customer services department, I had a unit bought as a gift which apparently immediately invalidates any warranty, which is ridiculous ! I have asked for a repair ro a USB port and said i am even willing to pay , even though i shouldnt have to ! I now have a long email thread stating it has been escalated to a none existant repair center 6 times now ( no repair center in UK, only one in Germany that can not be used due to us leaving EU) the person replying cant even get my first name correct and keeps calling me by the area i live in , this has now been going on for over 4 weeks now and honestly its like im talking to an idiot .I was going to ungrade to a new unit but I cant even get a simple repair done on my original, If you are looking at purchasing a power bank please look at other companies and do some research, Avoid these , even though the product is good if something goes wrong the after sales is worse than appalling and non existent.

My Jackery worked very well during a power outage. Kept important stuff running. The only thing I would like to see is a 90 degree connector cable for connecting add on battery packs. The connecting cable that comes with the battery pack takes up a lot of room behind the unit.

Error code F6 fixed!
I was having issues with my Explorer 5000 Plus. It would throw error code F6 overnight and become unusable until morning. On April 1, 2026 I submitted a support request to customer service noting the issue. As one of the fixes, I was instructed to attempt several software/hardware resets to try to fix the issue, which it did not. In the end ( April 25, 2026) it needed a firmware update in order to rectify the issue. While the end result was great (no more F6 error), getting there took entirely too long. I was instructed to provide video proof of the issue which always happened overnight. I had to wake up before 2 AM EST in order to catch the error in action. Afterwards it still took several days before I received a response. All the while I was unable to use my Explorer 5000 as It would always shut down the AC output overnight. I don't want to seem entitled and expect to get one day service but 20+ days to solve this issue is excessive to me.
Jackery needs to implement a way to downgrade or otherwise reverse firmware updates. My issue could have been mitigated by going back to a previously known good firmware.

You at Jackery went overboard to make sure I received my equipment in a timely manner. FedEx had an unexplained long delay at the local ground facility, so you sent a 2nd unit to me! I received both units, and you provided a paid label to return the second one. A little inconvenience on my part returning the 2nd unit, and you gave me a payment for that! First rate, fantastic service, and my HomePower 3600 Plus works great.

They sent me a new unit once.It was determined that mine was actually malfunctioning , and the new unit has been working perfectly since installation three months ago.
