System itself is misleading when advertised as a power alternative for an RV. However, with that said I was able to work through a solution with a customer service representative and AI that taught me about grounding. I think this needs to be addressed more clearly in advertised product description and details. Hopefully it will help someone to be prepared before getting stranded with no power.

Best little solar generator out there
I tried one of your competitors solar generators. They would not recharge with the solar panel. I bought yours you gave me twice the solar panels twice the wattage it does everything there your competitors did, but it actually recharges. It was cheaper how you guys are doing this I don’t know, but everybody needs to get one they work.

I would strongly advise others to avoid Jackery.
I’m not normally one to write reviews, but I feel people need to know how poorly this company treats its customers.
I bought a generator from Jackery which turned out to be much larger and heavier than I realised. I’m 65 years old and reasonably strong, but it was simply too heavy for me to lift or use safely.
The same day it arrived, I contacted Jackery to request a full refund. What followed was weeks of exhausting back-and-forth emails. Instead of processing the return, they repeatedly offered discounts and incentives to keep the generator, despite me clearly explaining several times that the issue was its size and weight, not the price.
After four weeks, they finally provided a return address, but told me I had to arrange and pay for the courier myself. Ironically, I had bought the generator using what remained of my savings in the hope of reducing my fuel bills, yet I still had to spend another £160, including insurance, just to send it back.
The courier collected and delivered the generator back to Jackery within 24 hours, and it was signed for, so I know it arrived safely. Despite this, it then took a further three weeks for their warehouse to confirm receipt to Jackery HQ.
After sending 27 emails and getting nowhere, I eventually involved my bank through Section 75 because I had simply had enough. I finally received my refund another two weeks later.
This entire experience lasted seven weeks and caused a huge amount of unnecessary stress. It also negatively affected my otherwise excellent ClearScore credit rating because I had maxed out my credit card to make the purchase while waiting for savings to clear so I could pay it off.
I have since bought an Anker Solix generator, which has been superb, along with their customer service.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid Jackery.

Return for refund
Initially, I misread the item that I purchased and so, realizing this upon receipt, I returned it for refund.
Apparently though, I didn't fully understand the refund process because it was refunded to Gift Card points, which was unacceptable to me.
But because I've always done well by Jackery's customer service, I hung in there to get it refunded to my credit card. They did. Thank you.
But because it took four months to resolve, I gave them 4 stars instead of their usual 5.
