I reserved items online for in-store collection and made a dedicated trip to the Marylebone store, only to find it unexpectedly closed due to a technical issue, so I was unable to collect or pay. I checked with a staff member the same day and was reassured there was “no problem” and that I could collect the items later.
I contacted customer service immediately the following day, but no alternative arrangement or goodwill solution was offered. Instead, the reservation was released after 48 hours and the items were sold, with no extension and no prior contact — despite the situation being caused by the store closure.
Policies were applied without flexibility or service recovery. Sharing this so other customers are aware.

Order experience was disappointing
I've ordered from Jacadi online multiple times, but my most recent experience was disappointing. I placed an order for five items, yet only three were delivered; two are missing, likely due to a UPS issue. I attempted to reach out to Jacadi through both phone and email, but I didn't receive a clear answer or solution. The only response I got was a coupon for free shipping on my next order. This feels ridiculous, as I wouldn’t have placed the order if I knew it wouldn’t arrive. Additionally, the item prices are significantly higher than the shipping fees, and all my previous orders qualified for free shipping.

Cute clothing but as others have mentioned horrible customer service! They will ship half orders without consulting you when items are out of stock. So for instance, I bought two items that appeared together on their website for my son. One was apparently out of stock, yet they shipped the matching item—Which I obviously have no use for. On top of that, my package has been stuck in customs for days, and they couldn’t care less simply stating “wait 30 days and then call us back if you have still not received”. No apology-Nothing. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

The order was for a little girls birthday present the present was picked up by an unknown person because the delivery note was put at the wrong address
I contacted Jakadi to say this was either a wrong address delivery or the goods were stolen
The customer service could not have cared less

UPS modified the delivery address as per your prior email but we do not understand why the parcel could not be delivered at your address.

What a joke they offered 12% discount
No acknowledgment that the company they use had either taken the parcel or delivered it to the wrong house
Interestingly no photograph no evidence
I intend to take this further and have e mailed Jakadi not even a reply

12% discount offer is derisory the items lost are £120 and devastatingly for a Birthday present on June 6 th
The address was clearly wrong that the note to collect wax delivered to
Natasha Jones - Bloomfield is living at the defined delivery address
Who is Zain who clearly dishonestly collected the parcel without clear idea defining he lived at the address
This is clearly a dishonest transaction if indeed the parcel was going to be delivered to his address
There should be a clear paper trail of Zains address if not why not and how did a complete stranger have authority to collect a parcel not meant for them
The delivery note should have gone to the address it was meant for
I intend pursue this matter further Jakadi uses this awful delivery company thus in the interests of customer service should be responsible
I expect a response forthwith and will be publishing this awful experience
Do not buy from this company
I intend to take this further and expect Jakadi to liaise with their delivery company and refund or replace the items
They regard their customers as irrelevant
I will post on every site I can and I intend to legally pursue this on principle

Shocking experience with online…
Shocking experience with online purchase. They only sent 2 out of the three items I ordered. I requested it to be gift wrapped it wasn't which was in a way fortunate as I checked the package. You can not get through to customer service on the phone . I emailed and have been going back and forth as they have emailed saying they will refund the item I sent back !! You could not write it. I want the item not the money . Never again will I order from here. I have purchased many items in the past will not moving forward they do not deserve my business.
The gentleman at the kings road branch was really trying to help me but unfortunately the only number he could ring was the customer number . Not good

Terrible customer service - avoid
I ordered an outfit (matching top, trousers, socks, hair clips), only to be sent half of the order with an email to say the other half had sold out. I emailed back to say to cancel the order but the proceeded to send the order back. When I tried to return, they advised their returns postage link was not working and that they would reimburse postage. 4 months down the line and after multiple emails sent - I have still not received a response. I have spent large sums of money with the shop online before, but never again.

Do not use this company
I washed a brand new woollen baby outfit according to the instructions instructions. The top and bottom shrunk and the whole outfit is unwearable. I've written to customer services repeatedly and not had a response. £89 down the drain/ Do not use this company!

I ordered four items online on 11/1/23 Have all been delivered this morning 13/1/23 . by UPS . Free delivery. So far so good, excellent service.
I was overcharged
I was overcharged. Did not notice until got home, called the store and described the problem (£45.50 less 30% discount should be £31.85. Got charged £39). I was told that they will check and call me back. They did and from here onwards the circus started. I was told that the item was mislabelled and online it is different price. OK, that may be but there is A PRICE in the label and I have no means of knowing otherwise. Apparently (from their words) the online price is £65 so a discount of 30% makes it correct that I was charged £39 (in fact the online price is £33 after I checked it). To me this sound that the legend is being made up as we go because 30% discount on £65 is £45.50. So the price charged and the prices advertised still don't make sense. There is no underlying price sticker under the latest price sticker, so this item has never been priced differently in-store. The sales person who called me run out of explanations attempts and suddenly told me that she was trying to explain politely but I am trying "rude ways". So, not having said one rude word and trying to explain that their explanation makes no sense, I was suddenly presented with such an argument... Wow. Now, I do want to be rude! But I won't, I will simply post me feedback and hope that other potential customers see it before they visit the store and spend any money there. Merry Christmas!
Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever, ordered in the end of November, still haven't got the parcel, nor haven't got refund. Costumer service is not supportive at all and is not interested in resolving the problem.
