I am a first time author and so I didn't know what to expect. I chose Izzy because the illustrations in the other books were wonderful, fun, colorful and cheerful. I am in the USA so I was worried the time difference would be a problem but it wasn't. All of our communication was via email and there was no lack of it. I would have liked to have communicated a little through facetime or phone but I always felt understood and that we were on the same page regardless. Izzy has been walking me through everything detail by detail, has accommodated my needs as a first time author and has made everything seamless and simple. I opted for the publishing package as well and both Izzy and Jack have been easy to work with. The illustrations are wonderful and really brought my story to life! I'm so grateful for Izzy's beautiful illustrations, patience, kindness and professionalism.

As a newcomer to publishing and being a writer, I was very dependent on Izzy Bean. But I was never made to feel a burden. She helped me through the process by explaining how things work and how to set things up. And when I was unsure, she set things up for me.
This was such a great experience, and Izzy gave me the confidence to proceed onto more work.

I was very happy with the work and Izzy brought my ideas to life with her colorful and playful illustrations. She really listened to me and helped me though each step along the way.
