Once excellent, now unacceptable

ENGLISH:

I have an account since more than 10 years, once was probably the best online bank in Italy, but now, after the merge with another bank that bought them few months ago, the service became absolutely unacceptable.

They changed the IBAN of ALL the accounts, invalidated ALL the credit cards, and took very long time to send the replacement ones, leaving people without credit card for a while. In my unlucky case: 4 months to get the card it's still not working.

The customer service (chat, email, call center) was always perfect, very efficient, quick and professional with people that knew what they were doing and were working to find a solution for you.
Now is impossible to talk to them, the chat is completely useless, they always tell me to call instead. If you call there are very long queue and is impossible to find someone that understand your problem or work for a solution, I got only "it's not possible" answer for all the problems I encountered after the merge, that are a lot.

It's a shame that they were able to ruin a so good service so quickly, the whole management should resign!

Sono correntista da piu' di 10 anni, e se prima era probabilmente la migliore banca online italiana adesso, dopo la fusione con un'altra banca che li ha comprati, e' diventata un completo disastro.

Hanno cambiato l'IBAN a TUTTI i conti correnti, invalidato TUTTE le carte di credito nello stesso giorno e ci ha messo molto tempo per inviare quelle in sostituzione, lasciando la gente senza carta di credito per un po'. Nel mio caso sfortunato: 4 mesi per avere la carta, e ancora non funziona.

Il servizio clienti (chat, email, call center) era sempre perfetto, molto efficiente, veloce e professionale, con persone che sapevano quello che facevano e cercavano sempre di trovare una soluzione per il cliente.
Ora e' impossibile parlare con loro, la chat e' diventata completamente inutile, mi dicono sempre che devo chiamare il call center. Chiamando c'e' sempre una lunga attesa ed e' impossibile trovare qualcuno che capisca il tuo problema o lavori per una soluzione, mi dicono sempre "non e' possibile" in risposta a tutti i problemi che ho avuto dalla fusione, che sono molti.

E' un vero peccato che siano stati capaci di rovinare un cosi' buon servizio cosi' rapidamente, tutto il management dovrebbe dare le dimissioni!
