71 plate iveco daily

71 plate iveco daily. Had it for 9 months from new. It has spent nearly 8 weeks off the road all told.
New parts include.

Ad blu wiring loom
Handbrake actuator x 2
Radiator
Battery
Dpf filter
Dpf sensor
Boost pipe
Catalytic Converter

It has been recovered 4 times as they won't fix anything that can't be done with a computer. Since October 22 it has not completed a full weeks work. Avoid like the plague. Been driving 25 years and never experienced anything like it.

Worst vehicle ever and the dealer network is terrible. Just got it back this morning done 150km and the engine light is on again. To make matters worse I had a replacement vehicle last week and that also broke down and had to be recovered. Angry doesn't cover it. Should be a minus star option. 1 is extremely generous.

Extortionate and neglected

Always something wrong, and iveco don't reair there own trucks they franchise it off to local truck companies that prioritise there own fleet leaving you waiting for someone, to one day have a look at your vehicle. And price of parts, £750 ,for a wishbone ridiculous, similar for a brake caliper, robbing us.

Absolutely incompetent staff at Iveco…

Absolutely incompetent staff at Iveco Guest, Birmingham. Repeatedly sent my van for key problems and told need original new keys, then charged for programming. When issues with side door not locking etc charged with door lock issues, now the van fails to recognise both set of keys and told to come in 4 weeks and have to pay a large amount for towing. Never ever trust these robbers...

2nd review regarding Iveco 21 plate vehicles

2nd review regarding Iveco vans, and Iveco trucks. We have a new 21 plate fleet of these vehicles. We are still getting multiple break downs weekly. They are repeat faults that Iveco themselves cannot fix, or when they do 'fix' the issue they can't clear the faults from the system...their own vehicles. The Iveco Assist service is laughable. We have been trying to log two breakdowns today and the Iveco Assist line is crackly and keeps dropping the call, been trying to log these breakdowns since 9:30 this morning. It's 11:30 now. Save yourselves the headache stay well clear of Iveco.

Warning do not trade with them

I am contacting them regarding the warranty on a battery that had just turned 1 year and 2 days old, I have documentation from my own mechanic that the battery was finished before the 1 year anniversary. I was told by their Workshop Manager
Peter Hansen that I should have just brought the car before the warranty expired... the way he said it was with a smile on his face and small laughs, and a message not to stand there and cry.
So a recommendation from here, stay away from rea,as (iveco in Roskilde)

A company of fools

Shocking customer service. My son is currently broken down on the side of the road in France because these useless imbeciles didn't do their job properly. They carried out an unsafe service, charged a fortune for it, and then deny it was their responsibility.
Even the Iveco center in France admits these morons are responsible; you can't make this stuff up.
I urge everyone to keep well away from these thieving clowns. I will be taking legal advice, and I will spend the rest of my life finding review sites and letting everyone know how bad these cretins really are.

IVECO, Awful trucks.

Awful trucks.
Lack of power, tiring slow gear box.
Vehicles have low milage, but the lights on the dash keep coming up as if there is no tomorrow. Same Problem with same model (Stralis eev 460) in 2 different companys.
Finally they decided to get rid of em!!
You get what u pay for!

3 new Iveco vans - biggest mistake of my life!!!!

In the last year I've put 3 new Iveco Daily vans in to the company fleet, this decision is one I'll regret for a long long time! We would usually run a fleet of Mercedes vans along with a couple of VW T6.1's but long lead times forced us to look at alternative brands. On paper it appeared that the Iveco Daily with the 8 speed auto' box and a few other extra's would suit our requirements. The sales person assured us the latest model had moved on a long way in terms of reliability and they had sold hundreds without any reported issues. Shortly after placing the new vans in to service the problems began - all electrical and mainly AdBlue system related. We have had numerous breakdowns requiring recovery to Iveco service centers for replacement of sensors and wiring looms. To add insult Iveco attempted to charge us for the repairs stating the vans had been used off road (which is not the case) and therefore the issues were damage related, after several heated conversations and offering proof through vehicle tracking records, Iveco changed their mind and covered the cost under warranty. Due to continuing reliability issues, the supplying dealer agreed to carry out a detailed inspection of each van and resolve any issues that they found. When collecting one van from the dealer following inspection and replacement of defective parts (they had it for 2 days), it travelled less than 1 mile from the dealership before breaking down again and had to return for more new parts to be fitted. Dealer informs us that we are very unlucky as they have had no other customers experiencing these issues, yet the stories exchanged in the customer waiting area's confirm that this is clearly not the case. On the positive side I was able to cancel an order for the fourth Iveco Daily and a new Mercedes Sprinter arrives in May. This marks the beginning of an accelerated fleet replacement program, ensuring the Iveco Daily's are disposed of ASAP. I am told that you learn from your mistakes, the lesson here is an easy one - I'll never buy another Iveco again.

3 new Daily vans all terrible

3 new Daily vans. All off the road more than on it. All needed replacement hi-matic gearboxes before 6 months old. Cruise control faults. Vosa investigating tow bar faults. Paint peeling, rust, electronic brakes keep seizing on requiring recovery, list is endless, shocking build quality.. Wow I wish I bought Mercedes. Iveco Daily's just an utter waste of money, and will cost you thousands. Badly built. Chassis bolts shearing off, Poor dealer backup. Really bad vans. We had one van replaced free after 18 months of hell over 100k miles. Brand new Replacement van even more problems.

The new daily 2020 came from the…

The new daily 2020 came from the factory with defects, 8 times in service, almost a month spent in repairs, they don't know much about repairs, simple things fix weeks, standard in the Iveco brand or customer discrimination, questionable quality of the vehicle and service. Within 20 years i have not encountered such a bad service, the choice of Iveco was a bad choice.
Begin the purchase with Northern commercials in Irlam, after 7 times in service (Irlam)i inform head office in Turin, finally repairs was finish in brighouse, but simple repair take a week and vehicle wasnt finish (back in another 2 days).Fear.
Now (after 9 months)the vehicle after 12 visit (one months of repair without courtesy vehicle),electric hand brake is still not fixed, sat nav cannot be update (maps 2018),cruise control reach only to 88km/h (they said is normal???),some few issues from factory been solved (2 from 6).
Currently the case is brought to court,my business has big losses.
Iveco brand should review contract/franchise with *Northern Commercials*,it is an absolute scandal to deliver such a defective product to carry out a transport business, service level is 1 of 10,the staff is not trained well.
IVECO should have counted on the commercial market at the top, but it took a big step backwards.
