I wish I'd read reviews of this company prior to putting in my order. Iuboutique or Cluedress as they also appear to be called are a load of cr*p. I ordered 3 items in October last year. Took 4 weeks to arrive. When they did they were made of really awful polyester material, didn't fit and looked nothing like the order. Within a couple of days I had emailed to ask to return them as there is no detail with the items. Took them 2 days only to respond but they answered a different question! Then another 2 weeks asking for some info from me that they had already.
Took til early Jan to get a proper reply from them offering 20% refund and the chance to keep the items. I don't want them which is why I'm trying to return them. This is when they said the warehouse is in China and it costs too much to return them.
I have threatened the Ombudsman twice. Not sure how to go about that. So to hear I could try to get my money via my bank is worth a try.

Two items order, only one received of very poor quality, you could shoot peas through the jumper. This company don't reply to emails and don't provide the goods. I have lodged a complaint through Paypal today and have to wait a couple of weeks until I can take it further.

I have already made my review of this disgusting scam company but I've come back to advise how people can get their money back whilst opening a fraud investigation that will hopefully get these awful people shut down.

If you made your order within the last 120 days you should be able to contact your bank for a charge back to your credit or debit card whilst raising this as a disputed transaction. They need evidence of correspondence, attempts to return etc. but Santander have been brilliant. They have refunded the full amount to me provided this company cannot provide evidence that I should have been liable for the costs the case is closed. The company goes to fraud department and I get money back.

I hope enough of you fight this to get these people the court action they deserve!

There’s a reason these 1diots have a 1 star rating, it’s because they sell counterfeit rubbish! You see the glossy add on Facebook, pay your money expecting what was advertised, you received a steaming pile of cr@p from China that is nothing like what you paid for. You complain, you request a return and they simply offer you discount after discount hoping you’ll give the product to a friend. Open a case with PayPal, if you have to return their rubbish to them, have PayPal pay as it’s £15. That way you can claw back every Penny from these thieving scum bags. Do not give them your money.

Absolute scam. Do you use! Great pics on website but the goods don't arrive.

SCAM
They are actually a company called Cluedress. The items are very poor quality and they refuse any refund.
Do not buy anything, you will not get your money back!!!
The material is cheap and nasty. The items are made for a child and they do not look anything like the pictures.

I only gave one star because not an option to give none. I ordered from what appeared to be a UK based company but items came from China. Delivery stated despatched in 5-7 working days but actually arrived after 30 days. I ordered 3 items of clothing and none were as described on the website. The fabrics were either polyester or polyester mix when advertised as linen or cotton and linen mix. One item had no label to say but felt like polyester. The cut and sizing of the items were not as seen on the website either.
I have now been trying to return and get refund. The company has not followed Their own returns policy so am disputing via PayPal. Via PayPal they gave a return address in China and required tracking. The cost of that was prohibitive so I used their UK address and “signed for” Royal Mail delivery. Still awaiting refund via PayPal.

Please be very cautions before purchasing anything from this website. Items are totally not as described. If you like shell suits, this is the site for you. I only wish I was able to post images to show cheap the 2 of the 3 items we ordered over a month ago. We are now £61.00 down. Please be very aware of this company, they are impossible to get hold of and never reply to any emails. They get your money and send out rubbish in return.

2 of the 3 items received. Oh my, how cheap and torn these items are. Like shell suit material. Tried to return them, but the company will not give you a returns address.

Received this email from them this morning (28/10/2020)
