bought 2 pairs of shoes did not fit properly, made and horrible customer service..They have a 100% moneyback guarantee which they do not honor!! keep offering 15% refund and keep the crappy shoe because to expensive to ship back!!! I ordered 4 pair of shoes in March, never received them! In June I requested a refund and still have not gotten my shoes or money! I disputed it with my bank and their bank had the nerve to deny it. They won’t reply to my emails now and the site is down! THIS IS FRAUD AND THEFT!

I ordered 5 pairs of shoes from them in March 2020. It took 5 months to receive my order. Everything I received was wrong. None of it was even close to what I ordered. I emailed them trying to get this corrected and they don't want to help correct the error. They want me to keep the shoes, which are hideous btw, and want to only refund me $40. I spent over $100. I will NEVER buy from them again.

Order item in April, just got now. But it is the wrong item. I tried to go online to notifiy and get correct item but the website is on longer available. I tried Google and Facebook. Once you click on "shop now" next screen says "connection not private". This is a scam!

I only gave them 1 star for having pictures of cute sandals but if u order from these ppl u will never get it I'm so pissed I have been waiting since March now its july still no response no nothing

I placed an order of 4 pairs of cute sandals it’s been 4 months I have not received my order! I have contact them plenty of times, no one ever answered I email them about 7 times and I have not received a response. After 5 months waiting I got a pair of sandals in the mail... they where some UGLY sandals that I didn’t even order. Don’t wait your time, it’s a scam to get ur money....

Scam!!! I had to call my bank to get my money refunded. These people have no phone number to contact them, they don’t reply to emails && it’s been over 3 months and I still haven’t received anything. So disgusting how they are doing people who spend their hard earned money
