I am an enthusiast rather than an enterprise buyer. As a result the main items I am looking at are for my homelab and it can be quite daunting dealing with business' who primarily deal with enterprise customers.

Simon and Mark are very helpful and if you're unsure as to what you're buying. I have found ITinstock to be highly response by email (I often would be exchanging 8-10 emails a day with no delay).

Items are normally shipped using DHL and UPS and I found the items to be very well packaged (fragile tape, bubble wrapped and Styrofoam pieces. Everything was as described and I'll use them again in the future.

Beware - Scammers, fraudsters.
Beware ! I placed an item in the shopping basket, and abandoned it because of warnings on the internet about this shop.

Now they sent my email address to,Paypal and are issuing invoices for something I never ordered!

Do not do business with them, they are scammers!

a really disrespectful costumer service .
i have called the phone number they listed on the website and the guy did not even let me finish talking he said send me an email instead.and while he is giving me his email ... i just wanted to say that i know the rest of the email address he was like just let me finish . and then he said send me an email and cut the line.

Ordered 2 cable management arms from these some weeks back, nothing delivered... I was contacted by a member of staff from ITINSTOCK and informed that my order had been lost in the system. I was fully refunded but asked if I would consider taking my original order free of charge to show good will and apologise for the inconvenience.
I was surprised by the call, very genuine and they clearly want to do well by their customers. If only the same could be said for other companies out there.
I would very much consider purchasing from them again.

I've just bought a refurbished Dell workstation from ITinStock. It arrived within 24hours, in perfect condition and really well
packed (best I have seen). Also had great presale/aftersale email support.
Great price and I will be buying from ITinStock again when I need upgrades and more computer related goodies. Many thanks !!

Ordered 5 refurbished Dell servers 2pm on a Wednesday and delivered before 10am the next day. Very well packaged, looked near enough new. Needed some guidance on RAID setup so I phoned them back, they were very helpful and provided the advice I needed. The servers been in production for over 5 months now with no issues whatsoever. I'd recommend these guys to all and I'll be back for more soon.

what a terrible company, customer service is below par with very short answers to emails. my advise to the owner is to be more customer focused and explain the products better rather than 2 to 3 word replies. i dread to imagine the after sales service. please take my advice and from the other people as well on this website and avoid at all costs. they may have been a good company once but from my experience so far I would sincerely request people to avoid them.

Ordered a server for nearly £800, got no confirmation, and had to ask for a delivery date. The delivery date they then provided was incorrect, causing me to take a day off work for nothing.

On arrival, the server only had 16Gb instead of the 32Gb RAM advertised, and instead of having 4x1Tb 10k drives, had 2x 2Tb regular 7,200 rpm drives, which were of significantly lower value than the ones it was advertised with.

Having been relatively quick to reply to emails prior to the delivery - they now refuse to reply to any of my emails to any of their addresses, and when I phone, they take the call then pretend that there's nobody in the office when it becomes apparent what I'm calling about.

This "business" is an absolute con. Thank God I paid via PayPal so I can get my money back.

Edit: You might also notice that the 5* reviews for this company are from accounts which have not reviewed any other businesses, and all within a few days of the first bad review. It's either a huge co-incidence or they're attempting to game the system.

Very bed customer service i was buying from them and it was okay for about two orders in but when they lost an order that i got from them it went very bad i called them and they told me to email them they just did not want to talk to me all that i can say is good luck if you want to use their services.
