I made an order in end December for six chairs. I was informed that the delivery was supposed to be dispatched on the 19th of January, but 2 months later, still no chairs, and no new information
I have contacted itdeco by e-mail but no response. This is extremely frustrating!
Après avoir passé commande et envoyé les justificatifs demandés, on m'a appeler pour me dire que l'article commandé n'était plus en stock. On m'a donc proposé un autre article que j'ai accepté. Le statut de la commande est donc passé à "en livraison" depuis le 07/03 et depuis aucune nouvelle. Aucune réponse au numéro de téléphone qui m'a contacté, aucune réponse sur le site, aucune réponse sur le mail de contact... Une commande dans le vent !
Edit suite a la réponse du site : Product were out of stock so Mr Paturel called me to change with a product they got in stock and I confirmed it. Then, no more reply about the new product, by phone or by mail. Of course I didn't pay for nothing !! Why don't you answer my mails or my calls ? You could just tell me that I have to do a new order with the new item ? No ? Or maybe just mark my order as canceled so i could order the new item without waiting for nothing (it's still "on delivery" fyi) ?

We were out of stock on the product you have ordered and have informed you. Order has been canceled and this customer did not pay his order.
