I had 2 missing items - plant based Nutella and the company didn’t took responsibility or refund my money :; just send many emails on debating the issue instead of solving it. Very very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend to buy from the store to anyone.

The flour was everywhere when the box…
The flour was everywhere when the box was delivered. I would have thought, they would have wrapped the flour bags, but obviously not! Three bags of flour and I could only use one! The cost for the delivery was more than the flour, and this was how they treated me as a new customer. Disgraceful, if I order again it will only be for the gluten-free flour.

Could have been a problem had my partner not been leaving early for work!
