IT Communications are a dream to deal with and make such a refreshing change in a world where the customer often feels undervalued and unheard. Samantha and Nico always answer our queries quickly and efficiently. One of the best suppliers I have ever had the pleasure in dealing with.

Nico was absolutely great and showed incredible patience while helping us get some of our legacy VoIP phones to work. He didn't give up and made sure everything was functioning perfectly. Excellent customer service!

Dave and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and personable. I have dealt with a number of IT suppliers in my time but none have surprised me as much as IT communications with the excellent value for money.

We have used I.T Communications as our SIP trunk provider for almost 10 years. During that time we have never had a service failure. When issues do arrise they alert customers giving an explainiation of what is happening. Whenever I have a personal enquiry I always recieve a prompt reply, during office hours, from the suopport team.

We use IT Communications for our 3CX phone system. They are always very professional and always respond to tickets quickly, even just for small queries that could have waited a few days. It is clear that Dave and his team are experts in their area. We're very happy overall with the service provided and would not hesitiate to recommend it to others.

Excellent product, 1st class service, response almost immediate -every time. Cannot fault it, I have used them for several years now, and never had reason to complain once.

We have used I.T Communications for several years now for our 3cx voip system and SIP trunk and always found them to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dave and his team.

We required some assistance with one particular handset not being able to announce calls when transferring. It was an ongoing frustration for the team. We sought help from Dave at IT Communications who was more than happy to assist. He looked into the problem, trialled some potential solutions and sorted it promptly. Support Call - My Mobile will not Connect through its SIP Client

I had a problem where my mobile would not connect. I posted a support ticket and they followed-up very promptly. Once, they had my external IP, they were able to see that my account was locked due to an erroneous password attempt (me, or someone else - I'll never know). My account was unlocked and I was away.

I have found that I.T Communications always offers good support for their service. Nothing is too much trouble and they stick with it until you're sorted,
