Hidden fees and unclear process
Tried renting a car through them and it was a pretty bad experience. They don't disclose that there are extra hidden fees (almost as much as the rental) through the actual car rental agency. (Isle Blue just brokers our the rental). Isle Blue collects the payment upfront but the actual rental agency won't give you a car until the additional fees are paid. Their "Service" department also closes at 3pm so it's not easy getting ahold of them. Lastly the only notification you get is through email so if you do book with them make sure you have good internet and a laptop when organizing all of the extra fees the day of. I would not recommend.
