Welcome to I See Me! where we provide the highest quality, most personalised children's books available. We opened for business in May of 2000, after a year of active product development. My husband Allan and I received a personalised book as a gift for our first son in 1998. While we loved the fact that it was personalised, we thought that the illustrations could have been much better and the story more customised to the child. Thus I See Me! was born. We are pleased to say our books have become popular among celebrities including Courteney Cox, Brooke Shields and Jessica Alba. The goal of our books is to show each child how absolutely unique and special he or she is, to teach the child how to spell his or her name, and to build vocabulary skills. We hope that you enjoy the books!

Easy, fast, but…

Easy to make and surprisingly fast delivery (especially given all the reviews about customers not receiving their orders). Only downsides: (1) a crease mark in the same top right side corner of all the pages in the book, and (2) quality of the cover — looks very flimsy, so if you are purchasing for children’s use, be mindful that it may not last long.

15 yr customer - Disappointing Recent Experience

I’ve been a loyal customer of iSeemee for over 15 years, which is why this recent experience was especially disappointing. I placed several orders this week, and to be fair, every other representative I spoke with was super helpful, kind, and truly customer-focused. Unfortunately, that changed when I called back to add to my order & connected with Veronica, who identified herself as a supervisor. She was not friendly or customer-centric, which was surprising given her role. Her level of service definitely did not align with the standard I’ve come to expect from this company. I was simply trying to add one item to an order that was still processing and hadn’t shipped, but she was unwilling to add it, and told me I'd have to place a separate order (which would be an additional $7 in shipping for a $10 item). A more solution-oriented approach would have gone a long way, especially for a long-time customer. It felt like she was turning away business over something that could have been easily resolved and missed an opportunity to help support both the company and the customer. I ended up hanging up and will just keep calling back until I reach a different representative to help me complete my order. On the flip side, the representative Jennifer was exceptional. She was professional, patient, genuinely nice and super helpful. She's exactly the kind of person you want representing your company & the level of service that customers should consistently receive. Hopefully this was an isolated incident, and that employees like Jennifer are the ones being recognized and promoted. Veronica is not suited for the customer service industry.

Excellent quality

I was impressed by the quick turnaround. They are beautiful books with sweet, personalised stories. Excellent quality, but the pages inside don’t fold over very easily.

Amazing but postage needs tracking

The creative process was a breeze and it websit was amazing to navigate. My book arrived in perfect condition and is now a family favourite. However the only fault is that the shipping did not have a tracking code, so I was unable to see an estimated delivery date, and was worried about it potentially being lost. That’s the only thing I found not perfect!

Perfect Gift for the child with everything !!

Thank you for a quality product that our grandaughter just loves, she reads it everyday. Uploading the photographs was very simple. The story line, images and text creates a very personal touch. Delivery was fast. Packaging - a little more padding might be an idea for the soft cover option.

Extremely disappointed

Ordered my book early November. When I enquired about its status and requested a tracking number around 16th December only to be told that there was no tracking number is given when it landed in Australia which I find strange. I enquired again a few days later only to be told the article was lost. I have received a full refund but would much rather have had the book for Christmas for a special new addition to our family. The process of ordering the book was fabulous, the end result was extremely disappointing. I won’t be ordering from this company again.
