Returned my parcel back in September, and received an email to say its been received and refund would be issued in 14 days. Its now 7th december and still nothing in my statements and when i've sent them emails they do not respond and even on their webchat, connected to an agent and they do not respond. Do not order from here or, at least return your stuff as its hard to get your money back
I ordered some items and sent most of it back, it said I will receive my QR code and the email shortly. O waited a few days for this to come through. I never received my QR code or email for the return. I emailed customer services so many times and they took ages to reply each time.
It was taking weeks to resolve this to the point it went past the return date. Then somebody was nice enough to help me and sent me the code so I was finally able to return my items.
Now I have had another email saying the items are being sent back to me as it is past the return date! It isn’t my fault, it is there’s for not sending me the email and for taking so long to reply to me! An issue on their behalf has lost me money! Used to order from here but now it is owned by sports direct it is awful, and the clothes are awful too! Will never order from here again and this company needs to be completely finished!
Their sizing is a joke. I bought jogging bottoms size 16, which is my usual size. The ones from isawitfirst would be even too big for a giant! HUGE! Also I do not like the fact you have to pay £4.99 to return them. I won't be buying from this company again! Forgot to mention, they DON'T reply on twitter/ X
Still awaiting my refund after a month! Today I received an email to say that I wouldn't be getting my refund due to the company having not received my parcel. This is after I gave them proof of postage and telling them that I have an email to confirm that the company did receive my parcel on the 19th October. Please do not bother with this company! They've been so unhelpful and have taken 7 days to reply after each interaction. I wouldn't waste your time or money on them.
I made an order and paid £10 for next day delivery only to receive it 2 days later, been emailing to get this resolved their replies being 4-6 days long, only to be offered a free next day delivery code, advised I won’t shop here again and would like the money back I didn’t receive a reply until today after 4 days and they said “do you still require assistance” when my last email to them very clearly stated I was not happy with their “resolution” and advised I wanted my money back, I won’t hear anything now for another week but I’d avoid at any cost…. £10 for next day delivery is outrageous as it is but the customer service is even worse. I asked for this to be passed to a manager twice and my request has still been ignored

I have tried contacting them twice and have nothing from them in return and now I’m trying to return it and they aren’t sending me the barcode this is a joke. I would never order from here again!
I placed an order on the 4/10 and didn’t get an email confirmation so I waited for a few days and still nothing . I placed the same order the second time just in case something went wrong the first time and yet still no email confirmation. I paid via PayPal and my bank is showing both transactions…

Made the purchase on behalf of my wife as a birthday gift. It all arrived super quick and seemlessly
I ordered a two piece bikini and only the top arrived.
So I set out to ask to be sent the bottom half or to be sent a refund for the bottoms
I had to contact customer service twice, as they don't have a phone number to contact this was initially via the web chat box (which doesn't work) then I sent 2 emails, both of which have been ignored despite my politeness and patience.
I work in this industry and understand mistakes happen. But It's actually completely out of order to take the money and then send someone half of what they paid for, and not have a proper customer service line and ignore messages.
Shame on you guys, you're out of order.
Terrible company. I ordered a number of items and returned 17 items of the order as the quality of the clothing was really poor. I received a refund for only 11 of the items. When I contacted Isawitfirst they told me they had only received 11 items back in the return order. This was a lie so they have the returned items and have also kept my money which they refuse to refund me for. Avoid this company!
Delivery is so expensive, and then you have to pay £5 for a return! and they didn’t reply when i needed help.

Worse company ever. The customer service is slow as a snail. I’d never ever order from there again. I’ve been waiting on my refund for nearly over a week. No email from no one. Their online chat is even worse. Doesn’t even function properly. If I could give them 0 best believe I would! If you’re thinking of ordering from these lot DONT!!! you’ll never get your refund. Instead try people like plt they have iMessage and WhatsApp service so someone’s always on check for your query. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Quality is hit an miss. They also send you the wrong items and will not fix their errors. Their solution is to refund you 10% of the wrong item cost and tell you to buy the correct item again.
Contacted them within 2 days of receipt as dress was faulty ,it's been made wrong .They wanted pictures , which I don't legally have to send but did. They then said I still needed to return at my own cost and they would the refund me the postage if they deemed it faulty. I would rather burn it that pay that and have no chance of getting the postage refunded once they have it . Citizen advice are now very interested in there business practice . I must say I have bought from there in the past with no issues but that's prior to sports direct purchasing the company and if I knew this prior I wouldn't have ordered from them
£4.99 to return a dress. The dress was nothing like the photo. Very cheap material. Think it’s disgusting to charge customers so much money to return a crappy item they’ve sent. Won’t be using again.
Bought a gorgeous black dress! The elegant design and perfect fit make it my new favorite outfit.
1.I ordered several items I am 5'2 inches tall and the trousers are way too long about 6inches to long.
2. You have to pay for delivery and returns. I don't think that is fair when you order on line as obviously you cannot try items on or feel the quality of the material.So for goods costing 25 pounds 9.98 is added for delivery and return charges.
