Scam

Scam! This is a scam company. Stay away and do not provide them with any information. They charged me 299 never heard back from them and now I have to make sure that providing them with my information doesn’t end up costing me even more or my identity gets stolen.

This company leads you to believe they will do so much more than just help you get an EIN.

This company leads you to believe they will help you get your LLC up and going with continued help after they get you the EIN. They are a total scam and if I could give them no stars I would. They charged $339 for a EIN which is completely FREE on the actual IRS site. I only used them because years ago I had a company helping me start an LLC for a former business that was very helpful and completely legit which seemed just like this one. However, this company did nothing after the EIN accept tell me that they clearly state all this on their site. Steer clear and don't waste your money.

Scam-ish behavior but grants refunds

They are a scam in that they mimic the IRS website and trick you into paying $319 for an EIN which is free. They pay to be the top hit on Google and get unsuspecting people who just don't know. They do provide that service though so I wouldn't call them a full on scam. The practice is deceitful and why I gave it a low review. If you ask respectfully for cancelation, they do grant a refund which is why I gave them a higher review. I emailed them within the hour of mis-ordering it and applied for my EIN the minute the IRS website opened at 7AM eastern the next morning (you can only apply with your SSN 1 time/day). My email read: "I want to cancel my order ______ for the EIN and request a full refund. Please do not process this order and delete all information that was submitted." They replied "Per your request, we have canceled your order and issued a full refund. Please note it normally takes 7-14 business days for the refund to hit your account". Hope you can get similar outcomes if you fall into the same situation.

False IRS Appearance - Extensive Price

False IRS Appearance. Being charged an annual BOI Compliance service of $249.00 and a single charge of $319.00 for the EIN Federal Tax ID is not only a ridiculous price but also unnecessary. This website also tries to appear to be deliberately IRS-affiliated. It is not. This operation needs to shut down.

After they stole my $295 since they…

After they stole my $295 since they posed as IRS, I immediately requested a refund. I reported them to BBB who they haven’t acknowledged to date. I received an email from them stating that I will receive my full refund— to-date, there is no refund, they have even gone as far as to remove all the emails that they have sent to my gmail, I didn’t know that was a thing. This is really unethical and I need my money back, I will not stop until IRS knows about it. It’s now over a week.

Don't Get Scammed! Get an EIN for FREE

I'm kicking myself. I paid $319.00 for an EIN number that I could have gotten myself for free. I legit thought I was on an IRS page. Apparently, they provided a service that I paid for so it's not illegal. But it is scammy, predatory, and ethically wrong.

This company is predatory

This company is predatory, despicable, fraudulent and unethical. If you have been charged by them, for filing an EIN, which is a free process through the real IRS, demand your money back. Also report them to the BBB and take them to court to get your money. Don't let them get away with ripping people off!

Scam Company

This company pays to become the first result on Google to trick people into paying for an EIN. This service is free on the IRS site, while it is not illegal to file as a third party, this is a shady business practice and on the limits of what is legal in the US.

The website is very misleading. I ended up paying the fees cause i thought it was the actual IRS website. I had to call my bank and have them investigate and stop payment on the transaction.

This business looks very similar to the official government page. They nearly Scammed me. If I had not done this kind of work in the past for free, it could have easily have taken my money. Anyone who is not familiar with using the IRS.gov page can be easily conned out of $299. Don't fall for this old trick.
