Absolutely awful company/site, won’t reply to chat and emails , absolutely rubbish products!!

I ordered wardrobe clothes organisers from this company, still waiting on them arriving after 2 weeks!

Scam got my money back eventually which took some work and ordered same shower head from amazon couple pound cheaper than these are selling for and works fab

It's a scam. I fell for right guys reviews shower head and got a fake Hermes tracker and no answer to my message. I paid by PayPal, and they immediately refunded me.

Ordered a pair of Polarized Clip on Flip Up Sunglasses, and received a confirmation email. Then 4 days later, I received an email to tell me they had been shipped by Hermes with a tracking number. Unfortunately, the number is not trackable. I have tried contacting Irisbub twice, by email, but no response. They do not give a phone number either on their site. I have read the previous reviews and the story is similar. I just wished I had read them before ordering. Incidentally, Hermes now trades as Evri!!

Irisbub Hydropressure shower head Ordered a shower head and been scammed ; given a order confirmation and took money from my account , it’s a scam , stay away from these frauds .

SCAMMERS! Ordered a shower head in January, took my money quick enough, sent me a fake tracking number through Hermes which isn’t even registered on the Hermes site, then don’t respond to any correspondence. My other half works for a major uk bank and the relevant department of anti fraud/money laundering have been made aware and are looking forward to getting their teeth into Irusbub. Stay well clear!!!

Received showerhead order want a refund. No response from anywhere!

Ordered a shower head, received confirmation on 24/12/22, saying it has been dispatched. They have took my money, and after several e mails have got no answers at all. They even gave me a Hermes shipping order number. Hermes don't have the parcel. I think it is a UK scam site

Jineric not sent my Xmas jumper took cash six weeks ago

Useless communication. All they do is send automated reply stating the same thing. Has a uk website but stuff comes from china which takes an age. False advertising by having a .co.uk site

PLEASE BE AWARE OF REOCCURING PAYMENTS TO THIS COMPANY. LOOK OUT FOR 2 ARROWS IN A CLOCKWISE CIRCLE. I have just spoken with my bank and have been informed that a reoccurring payment has been set up without my knowledge.
Ordered a showerhead which claimed to increase water pressure.
Item not fir for purpose.
Company does not respond to emails.
No recourse for refund

Ordered a shower after lots of good (but clearly fake) face book comments on a post. When it arrived it was cheap and next to useless. Messages and requests for refunds go without response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY RESPONSE FROM YOUR EMAILS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN IGNORE YOU. BEWARE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. YOU CANNOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, wardrobe organisers it fit for purpose fell apart on first use and no reply to any emails!

i ordered wardrobe organisers - they arrived after 10 days and they are not suitable. i have tried to get in touch with irisbub to return them. per the website it says you can return items but no details given as to how to go about returning. no response. shocking customer service - avoid

No communication from this company .
I have email this company four times regarding an order that has not arrived and have not received a reply
