IQ Car Wash On 180th & West Maple Sucks
I went through the soft touch car wash bay, my car was dusty. and needed a wash after It finished I noticed that the back of the SUV was still visibly really dirty, I stoped at the office to get some help, I had to sit there and wait while two employees reviewed the video to see what happen the Assistant Manager (I found out Latter) didn't seem to interested in helping me, so I asked him to come out and look, he reluctantly did and proceeded to tell me "I had residual dirt, was the car really dirty etc" and as Im walking away because he didn't seem interested in helping me he keep saying the whole time I'm not trying to argue with you like it was a script!! I asked one last time if I could go through again he reluctantly let me go again, I said "thank you several times but he didn't respond. if he let me go again why not start with that instead of the hassle and BS, take care of the customer! now I will never go back and I will let my friends and family know about my experience, why loose a customer over a $14.00 car wash and potently more. At IQ car wash on West Maple & 180th in Elkhorn Customer Service Is Not A Business Practice!!!
