I recently joined a 3 day survey called idairy #14 via their main website on smoking....
After filling my occasions I then waited.....
After opening the diary it said that I wasn't eligible to any incentive....
Complete waste of time yet still have my input....!

Faulty payout
I’ve been doing surveys on your site since I got to the UK but recently since you guys started using virtual rewards center I’ve been unable to access my rewards and I no longer have to will to keep taking surveys if my pay get stuck

Poor Survey App
Rewards do accumulate slowly but the number of issues with surveys is very high and lots of late screen outs is a problem.
Items like the daily spin for points is a pure scam.

Couple of times I press the add of this company and after registration it says that they are not looking for my opinion because I don't meet their criteria at the moment.

Reward merchants are slowly but surely disappering
Have been using Ipsos isay since 2023 and there used to be rewards for grocery such as Fairprice, Giant, Diary Farm but when i looked at what is available today, there is only Cold Storage which is quite pathetic since not everyone shops at Cold Storage and their prices are so much higher. What is happening to this once loved survey site. For regular users in Singapore, take note since this is a huge nerf and hopefully Cold Storage will not disapper soon.
Hope that the site owner is aware that rewards are one of the reasons that users participate in your surveys, by doing this, you are effectively chasing them to other survey sites.
Looking forward to either having those grocery merchants back and maybe add more as the reward list is always very limited.
