If I could give 0 stars I would. Arse don’t know what the elbow is doing! Job application was a waste of time. One minute you’re shortlisted, the next, the vacancy no longer exists. Joke of an organis... See more

Compared to other survey websites, this platform is extremely racially biased and shady as shit. I don’t recommend waiting to cash out. They’ll suspend your account or stop sending surveys if you cash... See more

I do not recommend completing surveys…

I do not recommend completing surveys on Ipsos iSay.
A large number of surveys collect very sensitive information, especially about personal finances, bank accounts, savings, and investments. This raises serious concerns about privacy and data security.

There are also an overwhelming number of surveys focused on politics and government topics, which quickly becomes repetitive and tiring.
Some survey questions feel overly simplistic, poorly structured, or repetitive, as if they were not designed for a general audience. At times, it feels like the surveys are created without considering users who expect clear, logical, and well-thought-out questions.

They claim they have no vouchers to…

They claim they have no vouchers to redeem points, which is nonsense. Pay us! Now!

***Update: January 2026***
I emailed them about the lack of vouchers and, days later, they got back to me with a generic "We're sorry and don't know when" email. I emailed them back, furious, and the next day they contacted me to tell me they had vouchers. I sincerely doubt I had anything to do with it - total coincidence - but they now have vouchers. I'm changing my 1-star to 4. I take a monthly survey about tobacco use and get $10 a pop. It's not much, but it's not nothing either.

Not recommended

The majority of the surveys that they offer boot me halfway through. It sends me a message saying that the survey is "being picky". At first this felt like an honest issue. It has now become all I ever see.

When I go back to my list of available surveys to start another....the list is suddenly empty.

Messages sent back through the feedback forum allow for an email to be sent to support. Support tries to indicate that it's a hardware or software fault on my end.... or they don't answer at all (majority).

I don't recommend using this after the first day or two. It's gonna glitch. Once that begins, I recommend cashing in your points. I haven't yet tried the claim any of my points. If that becomes an issue, I'll post here.

Feedback from others is suggesting the same. The rating of this company is really low. The company is difficult to gain resolution with and they do nothing to fix problems. They don't give credit for partial surveys, either.

Unfortunately, this site is tantamount to a scam.

IPSOS is a GYP-SOS

I think Ipsos should be retitled "Gyp-sos." It's a sham all the way. They promise you an electronic gift card of $20 if you participate in their survey, but what they're really after is finding out your income, and what email address goes along with that income. Do not--I repeat--do not give them either one. I never saw hide nor hair of a gift card, and they never answered my myriad phone calls to find out why. Take the dollar they mail you to entice you to participate--pure emotional blackmail, as I see it--and run. Or, if it makes more sense, donate it to a local church or children's health organization. You'll feel better--instead of bitter.

How GREEDY can one company be...you…

How GREEDY can one company be...you ring my phone and expect me to give up 15mins of my time to answer your questions FOR FREE...yet you have charged your clients thousands for that project and have the audacity to get rhe data without paying the user for it...yet if you used a panel partner you would OF COURSE pay the participate for taking a survey
You are a multi million dollar company!

Total failure, everywhere

For some reason, I started receiving spam emails from this business, some surveys. They used the wrong name, so I assume someone entered my email address by mistake. That happens.

However, unsubscribing did not work. Replying didn’t help either—the reply-to address does not exist, and neither does the “from” address. I tried every unsubscribe option listed in the email headers with no success. I also attempted to contact them through the “Contact Us” page on their website, but that didn’t work either.

Overall, their communication systems are completely broken, and it has been impossible to resolve a very simple issue.

Scammers all the way

Scammers all the way! Don't trust them, not even a bit. Half and hour of filling the survey, tons of questions, 0 points rewarded.

Thanks for nothing.

Avoid at all cost.

36 minutes wasted. The survey was done and I got 0 points.

Ipsos are a total SCAM.

How on Earth are you still able to scam people?

Account Removal

After being a member for years now and getting great service, my account was suddenly removed after weeks of trying to redeem my points!! I've been attentive with all the surveys and so this was really frustrating. Customer service responded (after I contacted their FB page and sent multiple emails) with a generic message. Very disappointed and would urge caution to anyone who joins this site.
