IPS have managed our rental properties for many years, and throughout that time they have consistently provided an excellent service. Their staff are professional, approachable, and always a pleasure to deal with.

Any maintenance issues that arise are handled promptly and efficiently, giving us confidence that both our property and tenants are well looked after. Communication is clear, and the team is always willing to help with any questions or concerns.

They are professional, efficient and kept us informed throughout the entire rental process. They found great tenants quickly and handled everything smoothly making the experience completely stress free. Managing Agents that do their job very well.

IPS have administered our rental terrace house for many years. They have a professional attitude and are friendly and good tointeract with. Any maintenance issues that arise are dealt with expediently.
As landlords, we have never had cause to be disappointed or regretted the decision to place our house with them.

I wouldn't recommend IPs estates ilkeston. They are terrible. They do not do work on the property when there is issues nor show an ounce of respect from the day you move in. The properties they represent are not fit for living in and they allow druggies to rent their properties too so if you are moving into a house share good luck!
Also I am disgusted to hear that shortly after I posted this review, my mum received a phone call from someone at Ips estates insisting on that I take the review down.She then went on to say that she must leave just because she is complaining about the druggies that are currently living their and that state of the property.They do not care about their tenants health and welfare.My mum then went into say that due to the druggies and the state of the property it has caused her health to detoriate and all she could say was that they are too busy and she recommends that she leaves the property. (No help or empathy)
I do need to briefly mention that the landlords let themselves into the properties and gain access to call rooms which means they have access to personal belongings .There is a list of issues which have been raised but not dealt with.There are many current tenants and past tenants which have complained and been threatened to leave due to their comments being raised and clearly do not care about.

This estate agents is awful. I received terrible customer service. I was promised to be called back but never was. When I rang to ask for an update (yes, you have to chase them for information!) they lie and say that you were on their 'list of people to call today'. Don't hold your breath, they don't ring you back. They took £293 off me for 'admin and guarantor fees'. These fees are non-refundable, so it's essentially gambling because if you don't get your flat/house, they've made money and you go without. This is the case in my situation. Took my money, spent absolutely ages processing a simple application. Then I find out that the landlord has let it out to somebody else. Even though my income, guarantor and references were 10/10. So guess who has lost £293? No apology, no sympathy. In fact, I bet they were very chuffed to have CONNED me out of nearly 300 pound. Free money for them. I'm registered as a blind person and very vulnerable. And they did that to me. Don't think that they won't do that to you! I guess it's more fool me for putting my trust into these people. My lesson has been learnt that's for sure. They've gained £300 but lost a lot of reputation, something which is much more valuable in a company in this day and age. If IPS by any chance see this review, I would like to take this time to say, shame on you. Look at all your Facebook reviews. Look at what you've done to people. If you think that's acceptable then carry on by all means. But one day you're going to STEAL £293 off the wrong person. And that can lead to terrible consequences.
