I reached out to I only fly first class and Ana found the best flight from Brisbane to Ottawa.. The support and communication was outstanding.. anyone wanting to use these guys should.. the savings in business class was a third of the price on the airlines website .. thanks so much Jeanette

Been flying with "I only fly first class" for a few years, the experience has been good until this time.
The service is good if and only if I don't need to make changes.

To start off, the cancellation fee and rescheduling fee is unreasonably high.

The worst part is, even I don't mind paying the penalty, you still couldn't find a return flight for me even with more than 2 months in advance notice.

I understand that using redemption points is subject to availability, but I was assured giving a month in advance notice would be no problem.

Also, booking round trips with you has absolutely no benefits whatsoever. So why should I book round trips with you if rescheduling or cancellation would be such a pain?

Any how, a very dear lesson learned. Definitely will reconsider using your service again.

Always at least 30% off long-haul flights with great customer service. I can't go back to economy after using this service =)

My son booked Business Class for my me and it was a great experience. The booking system was easy, Mr. Patrick, the person who helped me to find the ticket was very helpful and quick to respond.

He offered us a lot of good deals from different airlines, but we only wanted Business Class at Thai Airways. Mr. Patrick managed to find a good deal for us and we booked right away.

The ticket confirmation came to my email after couple hours. We always paid too much for business class but from now on, we will book with IOFFC.

We used I Only Fly First Class for the first time for a family trip, four of us traveling together, and the whole experience was honestly great. The price was almost 50% less than what we saw directly with the airline, which for four tickets makes a huge difference. At the start I wasn’t sure if it was real or not, but everything turned out exactly as promised.

Myles was the one helping us and he made the whole process super easy. He replied fast every time, explained everything step by step, and gave clear instructions so we never felt lost. Even small questions we had, he answered within minutes. With kids and four passengers, I was worried it might get complicated, but he kept it simple and stress-free.

He stayed in touch all the way, updating us when things were confirmed and making sure we had the right documents and QR codes in time. There was never a moment where I felt we were left hanging — he was always there, always on point. That kind of service really makes a difference.

At the airport, everything worked smoothly. No problems with check-in, no surprises, just exactly what we booked.
