Nightmare! Projects lost, no help. Terribly glitchy!

This app would be great if it weren't terribly glitchty! I lost several saved projects due to an "export failed" notification. The app freezes then erases your projects. These are 40-min lectures I record for my students, and I spend a long time editing them + adding text on the screen. Even if saved, all is lost due to the app's glitches, and their customer service does not help you. They send the same pre-written email to ask you for screenshots and details, but they never reply once you send them. Their Discord space does not work. Shame and huge waste of time. Can't believe I had redone my last lecture because it was previously lost on the app, only to lose it again after another 2 hours of work! Won't use again.
