Can’t get hold of anyone

We are in a chain for a purchase which is dependent on this remortgage. We are approaching completion date but I can’t get hold off anyone and no response to my multiple emails. They are not progressing our case despite agreeing the completion date. I have spent 6 hours yesterday of being on hold on multiple calls. I am having sleepless nights. How can NATWEST allow this.

Zero star rating - Impossible to get hold of

NAT00400/41138 - Why is it so difficult to get hold of anyone from this company?

Customers are paying ridiculous amounts of money in higher interest payments, a remortgage in 2019 now 2020 should be straight forward. No one answers the phone and emails get ignored. We have been trying to get in contact since November. I hope we will be compensated for the hardship you are putting us through.

This maybe a coincidence, but after leaving my review on here yesterday, I received a text (Saturday afternoon) saying that completion should be on the 15th January 2020. (Fingers crossed)

Remortgage Nightmare

They have handled my re-mortgage with Santander appallingly. They're rude and unprofessional. I have lost money in this process due to them.

Absolutely a terrible company to deal…

Absolutely a terrible company to deal with, I have been trying to get hold of them for weeks on end to try and sort my mortgage deal out, they do not answer the phone, they leave you on hold for hours on end, they do not answer there emails or reply to any letters

Anybody that has to deal with these people I would clearly think again, they are a RUBBISH FIRM

Worst. Experience. Ever!

If you want your emails ignored, your phone calls unanswered and your mortgage renewal to not be completed in time so you accrue higher payment charges from your existing mortgage provider DESPITE having 3 months to complete the process, then chose Involegal.

If you are also partial to receiving letters requesting further information, that contain no information on what is outstanding, further delaying the process, then with Involegal you are in luck!

If you then check the portal, you will see information you have sent still showing as outstanding!! I.Just. Love. That!

If one of your favourite pastimes is spending hours on hold for your call to be repeatedly unanswered and disconnected, you are in for the BEST time. Again Ivolegal will not disappoint in this area. I cant even tell you just how much fun I have had on hold for literally hours only to never get through!

Thankfully we still have email! Oh no we dont, as you never get a response!! ... but thats ok, I personally love any extra life admin in my already busy day ESPECIALLY the kind that needs to be duplicated and should be unnecessary or completely avoidable with some basic customer service.

And last, but by no means least....
If you would like to spend an additional £450 at Christmas on higher payment fees from your existing provider because your mortgage process is not complete, then just like me, GREAT NEWS!!!! YOU WILL PAY EXTRA!

On a more serious note:

We should be reimbursed for our losses as its not fair that so many of us have had to experience this service and all the extra payments!

I feel for NatWest, as they have been HUGELY let down by this supplier.

NAT00400/35502

Re-mortgage application completed on 14th of October 2019 and since that time I have been waiting to receive my cheque for the left over funds. Despite three attempts by invo legal to send this cheque they have never been received as en error has occurred with their finance department.

I have made contact with involegal in excess of 10 times via talaphone call only for it to ring for 30 minutes to then be told that there is no one available to take my call. Voicemail messages have been left and emails sent but no reply has ever been received.

Can involegal please resolve this as it has been some time now.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful! Involegal been dragging their feet with our case and claiming they contacted my solicitor when they haven't. Coming up with lame excuses costing me over £1000. This caused us lots of stress and financial strain... ofcourse nobody give a damm! And nobody answer the phone!!! Called several times to be held for 30 mins and then to be told they are too busy to take my call??!!! I just can’t belIeve Natwest and RBS are allowing themselves to be represented by such a firm! Shame on you!!! You should be refunding clients for all the financial loss they incurred!

Absolutely appalling company, no customer service skills and so incompetent it’s nearly funny!
Trying to remortgage since August and now paying a higher rate than needed!
In future I won’t be going anywhere near this firm! In the meantime do you think someone could pick up a phone or reply to an email?

NAT00400/43194

Case Ref: NAT00400/43194

Very disappointed as no one ever answers the phone nor replies to voicemails (which you have to wait 30 mins in some queue to even reach).

To make matters worse - I have sent 3 emails and never had a response to any of my emails.

My query is very simple and is all around the Mortgage Offer Acceptance Form. I have filled this form out three times now and sent it off. To each letter I get a a response via letter (usually 2 weeks after I have sent my form) explaining the date I have put down is wrong. I will put any date you want and I’ll write it however you need - can you please just let me know what you actually want to avoid causing any further delay!

I am seriously starting to feel concerned if this is the level of service that is being offered when entering into a Natwest Mortgage.

Can you please reply to my emails or voicemails, equally the forms I have sent thus far will have my mobile number.

Thanks,

Anand

DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I have NEVER dealt with such an HORRENDOUS business. Please take in board this review and all the others written on here.
It is impossible to contact any employee via phone or email. A simple remortgage has taken weeks longer than it should. My family have suffered financially due to the incompetence of Involegal.
When calling you are put on hold for 30-40 minutes before being diverted to voicemail. I have left over 30 voicemails over a period of 2 months and haven't received 1 response.
I have never had a single email replied to either.
I haven't had a single apology or explanation other than they are dealing with high business volumes. That is not my problem they should recruit and employ more efficiently.
I will be taking advise and making an official complaint in order to claim back the amount I am out of pocket by.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM OR ANY BUSINESS ASSOCIATED WITH THEM.

Please complete this case!

Really disappointed with the service from Involegal. No support. No answer to emails and can't get through on the telephone. If/when they do finally respond it is never a direct response to your query. Each stage takes weeks/months!
Now defaulted on existing lenders SVR, so losing hundreds of pounds every month! Very stressful and depressing.
Help!

Absolutely disgusting company who lie

Absolutely disgusting company who lie, dont answer the phones, do not reply to emails or messages left after you've been on hold for half an hour. 3 months so far since we started the process of remortgage and completion date missed by involegal for today. They have caused a huge amount of unnecessary stress and Natwest will not be our choice of provider in the future if they continue to use this company. A week to go until christmas and it seems so many of us are financially suffering due to this company. They lied to our broker who is just as annoyed with them as us! Its disgraceful.. stay well clear of them!! Dont bother replying with the usual speil from above about how busy you are - that is not our problem.

No customer service

No customer service. Phone lines cut off after you are on hold for 30 minutes and even if you leave a message then the call is not returned. A shame Nat West wont stop using them

The worst solicitors on the planet

The worst solicitors on the planet. Started the remortgage process 3 months prior to the completion date, thinking it's plenty of time to sort it out and after hundreds of phone calls to them it's still not complete (could only get through 2 times-feel lucky). I am now on at a much higher rate with my lender where i am overpaying by almost 200£ a month and surely will need to pay that next month too. When i called natwest their excuse was they are too busy. If you are busy - DON'T ACCEPT ADDITIONAL WORK OR HIRE MORE STAFF, even a stupid person who has no knowledge in running a business can think better. Why should i now be wasting my time to chase the amount i have overpaid from involegal? Is it worth the stress? As someone has already mentioned a case should be built up on the suffering clients (us) to hire a solicitor to put a claim against them, so they cripple, just like they are crippling us, by wasting our time!
