My wife had never heard of this company and had never authorised any transactions..on return home she checked her bank account and since December 24 there had been 6 further transactions she had not noticed totalling £201.06 none of which had ever been authorised
Bank have put a stop on any further recurring payments
We have emailed investinery regarding this and demanding a refund..
But not holding out much hope
BEWARE SCAMMERS

Only realised when checking my credit card statement that INVESTINERY have taken 1 payment of £8.59 and 4 payments of £40.95. We have never signed up for this and have never had an email from them informing us of our membership or the fact that they were going to take payment.
Have cancelled bank card and subscription but they are only offering to pay back 1 amount of £40.95. Hoping our bank can do a chargeback and that we will get a refund. BEWARE of these SCAMMERS!

This is a scam company. Filled in a survey for Mountain Warehouse to win a rucksack. Notified that i was a winner and asked for £2 towards delivery cost. I later received an email showing the terms and conditions for a subscription. I immediately realised I had been scammed and cancelled this subscription. I also contacted my credit card company to stop any future payments.

31/1/2025. I can't change my original review because it happened. How I ended up getting involved with this company I have no idea. A competition on Facebook to win some chocolates, somehow applied for a membership with this company. Luckily it didn't materialise, the company has worked positively to resolve this matter, and we now have closure.

I believe this is a rogue scam company - incredible offers on Facebook, can't be trusted.

This time they were claiming to be from Postcode lottery. Same thing, they wanted £2 postage to send a lottery advent calendar, then a couple of days later they tried to take £39.95 out of my account. Avoid them like the plague.

I received an email from them offering I know not what and then they wanted account details for a £2.00 fee I knew something was up and ended the session.
I always get into trouble for not trusting people, I'm rarely wrong!

Responded to an email purporting to be from RAC and after completing a survey was asked to pay packaging for RAC car safety kit. Before approving the £2 delivery charge I checked the merchant name "Investinery" as I was surprised it didn't say RAC.. Trustpilot showed lots of warnings not to use as it's a scam

Scammed by this company through an offer on booking.com. As with others on here, the company takes £2 but says it hasn't gone through, thereby setting up an account you never knew you had. Oddly though, I did receive a confirmatory email which is what alerted me!

Scam company fraudulently took money out of my account no response to emails or tel contact

Similar to others. I had to block my card after two unauthorised payments were taken. Do not sign up.

This company are scammers. There was an add on Facebook about a competition for a Ninja Airfryer for £2. I won and entered my details. I have just blocked my card and blocked their email and I am in the process of reporting them to Action Fraud.

Ad on Facebook for air fryer for £2. Tried to buy , gave credit card details and it said payment did not go through. When I checked £2 had been taken and it was marked as a recurrent payment. Asked bank to put a stop on the company. Lucky that I did as investinery then tried to take £43.
