Great choice of flying experiences, super helpful customer service. Web site really clear but for some reason the purchase process wouldn’t work on my iPad but it did work fine on my desktop Mac!

On ordering the process is fast and the voucher well presented in the box. I bought two vouchers, one each for my grandchildren for Christmas however the booking process for both of them was stupidly ridiculous. It took so long to get a response via email for date confirmation that my granddaughter missed the original date booked and had to choose another date. I have used other companies with a much easier booking system and a slightly cheaper cost. I used this company as they were top of the Google search list for children's experiences but after the trouble we had with booking I won't use them again. I must say that this review has no reflection whatsoever on the actual experience, only the company's booking system.

Very poor communication very poor information and misleading. The venues don’t exist and dates are limited to about 4 over the year.

I was so grateful that we were able to extend the expiry date as my partner has been ill and unable to use the original voucher.

I had an absolutely brilliant time at the Lancaster Bomber Flight Simulator at Shoreham Airport. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about aviation history. The simulator itself is incredibly immersive, with a detailed replica cockpit, realistic visuals, and authentic sounds that really make you feel like you’re flying a Lancaster bomber. The experience includes one-to-one instruction, making it enjoyable whether you’re an aviation enthusiast or a complete beginner. The chance to fly challenging routes and attempt historic-style missions adds to the excitement and gives you a real appreciation for the skill and bravery of WWII Lancaster crews. The simulator is based at Brighton City (Shoreham) Airport and is designed to recreate the feel of operating one of Britain’s most iconic wartime aircraft.
A special mention goes to the instructor Fozzie, who was friendly, patient, and made the whole experience both informative and fun. It was fascinating to learn about the history of the Lancaster while actually getting hands-on with the controls. The whole session was well organised and left my other half wanting to come back for longer.
I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in aviation, military history, or simply looking for a unique and memorable experience. An outstanding day out and excellent value for money.
