Moriarty's Game was a great experience, good value and worth the money

My boyfriend and I completed the online escape room together from separate locations and it was a lovely date idea during lockdown. The storyline was engaging and there were a variety of methods such as finding locations on google maps, deciphering code, and finding clues in casefiles to help you, as junior detectives, to help your mentor to achieve the mission.

The treasure hunt type experience took about 90 minutes with a few breaks in the middle and taking an easy pace, but if you want to race the clock, you could probably finish within 20.

The game is suitable for all ages with some slightly darker themes. Nothing darker than Sherlock Holmes or Harry Potter.

We really enjoyed it and I felt that it had a superior quality to some of the other games I have seen online, as your mentor in the game interacts with you through real-time text messages (sent to both phones, so you are safe to play with other households) and links with which to tap into their 'radio' so you can hear and sometimes see the events unfold.

The game ends on a cliffhanger and concludes episode one of the saga. I look forward to future episodes. The game was great value for money and a really enjoyable experience.
