Hopefully I will not encounter any issues mentioned by others with regards to withdrawals but I also understand that there are generally unforeseen issues with migrations which I believe the guys are working hard to resolve.

I have sent email again with this screenshot but still no one reply. All support team are on leave during migration? And no one explain what migration is ongoing and the impact on original clients. How can the clients trust in this company on the way how this company treat the clients!

Looks like ive been scammed for my money
Like otheres transfered over,avatrade wasnt much better i couldnt get my funds from them either

I made a withdrawal request, they cancelled it, my money has dissapeard from my balance and the company have opened trades on my account without my permission, effectively losing all my money, i am disgusted and upset that i was allowed to be scammed by avatrade.

A few teething issues with the migration from Ava but it got sorted. Had a call from the CEO to put things right which was a nice touch, so I'm confident in their customer service moving forward.

Just migrated from Avatrade.
And so far not received any reply to my messages.
I am baffled with the positive comments here and wonder if genuine?
I do not have access to my funds and had no contact from intertrader and left in the chat for more than 10 hours with no answers.
Please let me know how you have manage to get access to your account.
Finally got a reply thanks to Michalis Poullados at intertrader.
Took time but should now be resolved, hence my move from 1 to 4 stars.

After the migration from AVA to this there were some issues but after a phone call and speaking to Joe R ( CEO ) of the company he sorted everything out for me and he was very helpful, great knowledge and everything is working fine now.

The phone was answered immediately...the first company I've dealt with since 1998 that has done that :-). Joe solved my problem in 2 minutes 16 seconds. Unbelievably efficient. I wish Joe would work for all the Utility companies as well!

Migration from Ava Trade seems to have caused them platform issues with their MT5 implementation. Trades opened immediately closing. No response now in 6+ hours. Will take my business elsewhere.
Edit 3.2.2025 After a call from the CEO, I can say that I am more than happy with the resolution offered. I can see that technical changes have clearly been made in the background too as evidenced by new server login details, so I would expect that the trading conditions have been sorted for all migrating clients. I would certainly consider InterTrader again going forward on the basis of how this issue was dealt with.

I used to regularly trade on the intertrader platform and really liked the ease of use. I took a long break from trading for a few years and my account was deactivated. I recently reopened my account and Marios T was so lovely at helping me reopen my account and answering my questions. He was proactive at phoning me and emailing me to ensure I had filled in the questionnaire and uploaded all the necessary ID documents. He also arranged for my balance from my old account to be transferred to my new account - so a big thank you for your support and efficiency and taking care of customers.

From my experience Intertrader offers the best value for money - low spreads on variery of markets including currencies, indices, commodities and shares. Execution is seamless even at busy and volatile times such as news release. They have MT5 platform together with a web based one both working well. Withdrawals are quick and they do not charge for this. I close positions before midnight so I don't pay any swap charges at all. If needed I trade futures offered by Intertrader for long term trades - again no swaps paid. Good hassle free deal for serious traders
