I recommend you stay away
I ordered a pair of bottle dispensers from the website, because they had exactly the metal-top type I needed.
I received dispensers of a completely different type with plastic tops.
I asked them what went wrong.
They told me, that's what their supplier now delivers and they just hadn't had time to change the photo on the website yet.
They then changed the photo right away to match what I received.
Was this the first sign of me dealing with a true scam company?
Well, I can't use this type of dispenser, so I wanted to return them, expecting Inter Projekt to make good and refund me in full, because of their mistake.
BUT - They would only refund the item costs, which at merely around five euros wouldn't make sense facing a postage cost for sending them back which would be around 18 euros, and I would also still be out the original postage cost.
Scam confirmed!
- Or at least VERY bad business practice.
They failed.
Not I.
I sit with the loss.
They don't.
This was my first attempt at doing business with this company, and I certainly won't buy anymore from them.
I would also recommend others to stay away.
I have reported this to Paypal as well. Surely they will take proper notes and action.
