These people are very easy to deal with. The bulbs are delivered quickly and in my experience, the orders are delivered in full. On the rare occassions that I have had early bulb failures, the International LED warranty process has been first class.

I made a mistake on the delivery address but they were quick and helpful to correct with absolutely no fuss. Great company to deal with. Tempted to buy something else just for the experience ! Even though I don't need anything

This is an excellent led product - I recommend highly/my son has had 3 fitted in his new house last week.

The staff were very helpful in sourcing the exact LEDs we needed. The lights were well packaged and delivered on time.

Placed my order with this company and had no issues whatsoever on the website. Recieved package the next day and extremely pleased with lamps recieved. Excellent communication and service by staff.

Sent out faulty products, eventually refunded them minus postage and had to pay to send returns back.
