I like the couch, but the white glove service using Metropolitan Delivery was terrible. The delivery drivers said they couldn't make the couch fit through doorways to get it upstairs. They were extremely rude. I ended up hiring different movers to get the couch upstairs. Interior Define did refund the white glove delivery, but they really should pay attention to who they are contracted with to do the delivery. There is no way to call them if you have an issue. you have to send a message on their website.

I did not like how long it took to receive my order.
I did like that customer service was fairly responsive.

Everything was very good -- We had a great experience at the store with Maico Vergara in Northern Va. -- he gave us so much time, honestly gave opinion on different fabrics, etc., and helped us fine what we wanted (VERY knowledgeable!). So many more choices than West Elm, Pottery Barn, Harverty's, Bassett's, etc. I LOVE the sectional - firm, beautiful, very light color but easy to care for. The company was bought out and old complaints about taking too long, etc. not true in my case. Also, "add-on options" were less than other companies. Delivered, checked over, & placed (even moving around) without issues. Great experience. Will probably use them for other furniture.

Exceeds expectations. Love seat is great, love the assurances that come from the certifications you have in place. Will definitely come back when we are in the market for another piece for our house!

We ordered a sofa from Interior Define in August and for 2 months the order was listed in final inspection process. We sent countless emails to their support team (which is useless and automated by the way) only to be met with automated messages with the expected delivery date. When that date finally passed, we received an email that our fabric was on back order and they were unsure of when they’d get it in stock. They offered us a shipping refund but then after another two weeks of waiting ultimately canceled our order. This place is garbage and their customer service is even worse.

Couch is beautiful. Delivery was two weeks early. This is my second couch purchased from Interior Define. The quality of the product was why I bought a second one. I highly recommend this product.

Recliner chair is very difficult to push back with no visual means of adjustment.

I love my new banquette! I love that I was able to customize the color, fabric, tufting, and cushion. I renovated my kitchen and dining space recently so I decided I wanted high-quality products that were going to last me a long time as supposed to getting something cheaper that might last a year. It is worth the investment and it looks and feels very luxurious! Definitely don’t expect it to be a quick process since they make it for you so order soon and be patient because it’s worth the wait!

Worst decision I ever made to purchase a sofa online with this company. The sofa is not only uncomfortable but it’s so tiny & low to the ground. And I actually paid extra for the longer length, depth & sofa cushion. Beyond disappointed.

We had a great experience at the Seattle showroom, and it was easy to try out all the different cushion options and take a look at every fabric. Our couch was delivered on schedule and the delivery team did a careful job with assembly.

Our 3 piece Hayes sectional is a piece of garbage. After 2 months the fabric is pilling, the couch cushions slide off the couch if you breathe on them….total GARBAGE.

WOW! Haven't experienced such wonderful and helpful customer service in as long as I can remember! Duranson and Chris [from the corporate office] were so incredibly patient with all of our millions of questions. There was no excessive hard selling or pressure to hurry us in any way. Both gentlemen where extremely knowledgeable about the product lines and their differences. I would highly recommend this particular location and these particular employees. Absolutely unmatched service!
