We stayed from July 19-23, 2025. Right from the moment we arrived we had problems: we couldn't get into the house, we couldn't open the gate, absolutely no one answered the contact numbers, not even the emergency ones. We had no internet, iron, hair dryer, hand soap. Although we explained to them countless times that we needed internet because we were working remotely during that period, they lied to us day after day that the internet guys would come to fix it, since the router/modem needs to be replaced and that the order is on its way. I'm sorry that I couldn't give a review on Airbnb because I exceeded the 14-day period, but I noticed that 2 other people complained about exactly the same problems and were lied to like us: they didn't order any router/modem because that wasn't the problem! The internet didn't work, period! Moreover, they did not answer the contact phone numbers at all and we had to call the head office in Switzerland, useless because they did not solve anything at all, and I ended up with an additional telephone cost of 50 euros that they did not want to cover (being from outside the EU/EEA). Extremely poor communication, they do not care about the needs of the customers at all and they respond very slowly in writing, invoking that they have a lot of properties and are busy. I hope this review helps other people in the future not to suffer the same thing. They gave us a 40 euro refund for the lack of internet for 5 days, although we are talking about a service listed on the property and for some people it is very important. The hairdryer was also listed, but there was no sign of it (we had to buuy one). I do not recommend this property at all, regardless of the good price. I read a comment on Airbnb that someone slept in the car because they could not get in and they did not answer the phone. I find this unreal. I attached print screen with the conversation.
