I ordered flowers for a friend's…

I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday (which is tomorrow 17th May) to have them delivered today the 16th May. I placed the order on Thursday . This morning I received an email from them(16th) to say they are unable to fulfil the order as the postcode of the delivery address does not have interflora florist for the area.! I have used them before for the ssme address and there was never a problem. That's fine as I know things change but what I just can't understand is why they would accept the order on Thursday and wait until the delivery date to tell you they cant fulfill the order. I am so upset because now it is too late to do anything .

Worst "bouquet" ever!!!!!!

I spent 57€ for bouquet of flowers plus 9.50€ for delivery that looked very disappointing compared with what was advertised. This was meant to be a birthday gift for a dear friend, so it was honestly embarrassing to have such a poor-looking arrangement arrive. For that price I expected something full and presentable.
It is very sad that there is no option to attach picture what was offered and what we got.
Unfortunately this was not worth the money and

Ordering the flowers was an easy…

Ordering the flowers was an easy excellent purchase. Howere the delivery was a nightmare. Your site stated the flowers would be delivered to a school before 3pm. They were not. I found the customer service were not helpful as they kept on fobbing-me off. The flowers did not arrive until well after 4pm, which totally cancelled the surprise of the flower arrival . I had to inform the receiver of the flowers and that they were on the way. They had to wait in the school for nearly 3 hours after the school closure time.

My experience was fantastic. I was contacted to clarify the address. The efficiency and professionalism was super. I also got to see the delivery and it was better than I imagined. Very similar to the website! Thank you! Thank you!

My go to for sending flowers

Interflora have been going for a very long time and its because they are reliable, helpful and offer consistent exellence. Why take a chance anywhere else with something so personal and emorionally charged as giving flowers? I have only tried another company once and it was an upsetting disaster with a complaints proceedure designed obviously to fob people off. Bad luck I know, but the experience confirmed my decision to trust in a company that is exellent and reliable.

I was informed every step of the way…

I was informed every step of the way when I placed my order. It was acknowledged straight away and I was told to whom my order had been given. I was sent a photo of the flowers and the delivery was tracked all the way to the recipient. A photo was taken on delivery and I was really impressed with the service from start to finish.
