As our bouquets are created as unique, handcrafted products, the appearance and composition may vary. However, the bouquet should always correspond to the value of what was ordered. In order for us to properly assess the matter together with our responsible florist, we kindly ask for photo documentation of the bouquet taken from above, so the contents and structure can be reviewed.
Please contact us via our contact form on interflora.dk or by email at interflora@interflora.dk, and include the photos along with your order number.
Kindly note that any complaints must be submitted within 1–2 business days after the delivery date, in accordance with our terms and conditions, as flowers are a living product.
Once we have received the information, we will of course review the case and follow up accordingly.

I have used Interflora's flower deliver services multiple times a year for the last probably 10 years. It is reliable, convenient and easy to use. Perhaps not the cheapest service, but I am happy to pay a premium, knowing that the flower arrangements are delivered promptly and quality always lives up to the premium pricing paid. I would highly recommend using Interflora if you want quality flower arrangements (and more) delivered hassle-free, on time from anywhere in the world.

I’m sorry to hear that the delivery did not meet your expectations regarding the timing.
Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee delivery at a specific time. Delivery routes are planned by the local florist and depend on factors such as order volume, traffic and local conditions. Deliveries therefore take place within our general delivery timeframe, even if a preferred time is noted in the comments. This information is also stated in our terms and is shown during the ordering process.

You ordered the white rose bouquet, which has the description on our website. The bouquet was delivered in a gift box via GLS. Unfortunately, since the recipient was not home to receive it, it has been delivered to the nearest GLS parcel shop where it can be picked up.
