Disappointed
I paid £66 for a bouquet that looks absolutely nothing like the advertised picture, and the quality is terrible for the price. If I hadn’t ordered it for delivery, I would have refused it on the spot. I’ve been buying from this company for years, but unfortunately, this isn't the first time they've let me down. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt before, but I won’t be ordering again

Disappointing
Felt let down by a premium brand. Would like yellow roses and peonies (in season) to mark a special 21st Birthday but sadly that did not happen.
Average product and delivery service for price.
Would not recommend.

I am still waiting for a member of the customer service team to contact me post sending a photo of the dead flowers. I have sent 2 chaser emails and still nothing. I’m appalled by the lack lusture customer service. This is also not the first time that substandard flowers have been sent. Deeply disappointing. Ruins the nature of the gift.

Interflora were not the problem
Interflora were not the problem. It was the actual company they assigned the delivery to with the final product. Very dissapointed in what was recieved for the price paid, will certainly not use the service again as can get better quality for this than half the price from the local supermarket.
Interflora review, never even asked about the final delivery satisfaction, all they want to know about is the little bit of interaction they had in the process so you cannot give an honest review on the actual full service given.
