Love selection to choose from. Adding the note was a nice touch. Although a little late this was communicated effectively and did not hinder the experience.

I am based in England and my order was…

I am based in England and my order was to be sent to Ireland and I found the website very easy to use and reassuring with notifications on progress, I would definitely use again and the recipient loved the flowers. Well done Interflora

Beautiful and nicely delivered.

Beautiful flowers and well presented.
Arrived on time and the delivery man was careful, friendly and kind.
The bouquet is still looking good after one week (barring a section of small roses which have been stifled by the current heatwave).
Great experience and would recommend to anyone.

I gave the wrong address in the first…

I gave the wrong address in the first place. Recipients moved houses and I came to know later. When I realised quickly I sent an email to Interflora with the new address. The next hour or so the recipient sent a photo of the beautiful flowers he got. That was a quick response. I was surprised. Thank you. I spent lavishly for the flowers if it didn’t turn up I would have been disappointed. Thanks again

Nothing like the flowers I ordered

Bought what I thought was a beautiful bouquet for my daughter and had it delivered. What she got was an absolute disgrace, nothing like the flowers that were pictured on the website. The bouquet was supposed to be a large yellow and orange bouquet of flowers what she got was a sporadic bouquet of pink and purple flowers that looked nothing like the ones advertised. I put in a complaint and was told the flowers she got were fresh and basically that was the end of the matter. I just wish I could show the photos to highlight the difference but I certainly wouldn’t advise anyone to use them as seemingly the bouquets they advertise on their website is used as a GUIDE only for the florist to make up whatever they like. I think it’s a disgrace and the close to £60 I paid certainly wasn’t value for money. The customer complaints department just fobbed me off.
Phone call today from a lovely lady who agreed with my complaint about the bouquet and flower colours. She has resolved the issue by sending a fresh bouquet with my colour choice tomorrow. I’m sure it will be lovely

Successful delivery only by luck

The flowers were delivered in good condition to outside the front door.
The DPD delivery photograph clearly showed the parcel outside the porch door (not a secure location).
The DPD delivery text stated the parcel was inside the porch.
These DPD delivery documents appear to have been overwritten in my emails!!!

Great surprise!

I loved the fact that you kept me informed of what you were doing each step of the way. My granddaughter had surgery and I wanted to cheer her up. She was very surprised and loved the beautiful bouquet! Thank you!

Flowers fantastic/packaging was poor

Flowers looked fantastic and well put together, experience was very easy and we could pick them up locally. Unfortunately I can't give 5 stars as the bag of water the flowers were in broke the day after whilst in transit and soaked the boot of the car.

The flowers were gorgeous, but they weren't as I expected. I was expecting a pastel bouquet, but what arrived was all white flowers.
