The company allows bad practices between staff and clients.
Rockingham office is toxic and when complaints are made you are lied to saying it’s resolved.
Certain staff members at Rockingham should never be allowed to work with anyone vulnerable.
They lie, are deceitful and will do anything to ruin other carers!
Shut this office before something more serious than kidnapping is involved!!!!!

Bad behavior
We had the worst experience today at 20:10 when arriving in Prague. We wanted some help and information because it is the first time here but we had the worst behavior. A very rude young blond lady was speaking rude to us and we didn't feel good at all. These people should not be allowed to have a position when being so rude and not welcoming people especially tourists first time there. My husband and I are very disappointed and will not use this place again.

Avoid like plague! They deceive their customers while displaying a generic exchange rate on an A board, and the situation was completely different when you exchange your money inside. You'll get here 30% less than in other kantors! When I realised i was just robbed, the uninterested staff pointed a piece of paper where it says when the receipt is printed you can no longer change your mind! Since when? What about consumers rights?? This place should be scrutinised and shut! The owners should pay a huge fine for scamming people!

Not there when needed. I waited for one hour and no one came to help me out. My advice for new customers is to not trust their service.

Poor service. My advice to all potientially customers. Never go there.
Unfortunately I did that mistake when I was visiting Gdansk.
Women there was rude and her service was disgusting not meantion about currency rate!
30% less then other Kantors in Gdansk.
The worst part was service!!!!! Just a criminal in my opinion

I changed 150 euros at Prague airport, they gave me less around 100 euros, with a 30% commission!
The official exchange rate is 1 euro = 25 Czech crowns, Interchange has applied a change of 1 euro = 18 Czech crowns to me.
It's a scam.

Cheats. We went to the Interchange office at plac Mariacki 1 in krakow and we got 63 pln for 20 euros when the exchange rate was around 4 to 1.
They had the rate at the door but the lady refused to give us our euros back.

Change anywhere else. Avoid this place. You will get a better rate anywhere else!

Advertise exchange rates in their window in big letters, but the price they advertise is the buy price and not the sell price

Completely misleading and its only when you've changed your money do you realise how much you have been ripped off.

Unfortunately I did not check this company before making an exchange. I think I have never experienced so bad exchange rates and I do consider this company to be a total fraud.
To be more precise - an exchange of HUF 100.000 costed me almost €80 extra than I paid afterwards in an ordinary bank.
I wrote them and told them I was afraid that they had made a mistake, but they just answered that my exchange rate was inadequate

Good afternoon. 6/25/2018 we with family had a rest in Poland. In Wroclaw have decided to change euro on zloties and have contacted in exchange office interchange group the address Raynek 53/55 at 13:45 in the afternoon. Euro exchange rate is approximately equal in all exchange offices and there were at that time 4.33. We very much hurried and have allowed to exchange to the worker Dagmara Jurak 100 euros. Having received 323.67 zloties we haven't believed and have asked to cancel exchange as exchange has been made at a course 3.23. But all our requests were left without answer. We felt that we were just robbed! Having come into the first exchanger on the same street we have changed 150 dollars for 555 zloties. It at the rate of 1 dollar 3.72 zloties. And we have changed euro on 3:23 zloties in interchange group. It is simple to comprehend it not perhaps. As it is possible to deceive people so. We will send these documents to the Ministry of Finance of Poland with a request to check legality of receiving such profit and we will leave a comment on the Internet for work your exchange the cantor. 28% charge to exchange to koruna in Wenceslas Square and they won't tell you that - it's written in small letters on the paper they give you and once you sign you're out of your money. They're basically thieves in broad daylight.

This place is a scam. We visited the location at u. Grodzka 9, Krakow. They post an exchange rate, but then the actual rate is 30 to 50% less, which makes a huge dent into your travel budget. They refuse to assist in any way after they scam you. I understand that people need to make money, but this place is beyond criminal. Check out other reviews on yelp and google and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GROUP. Go instead to an actual local bank, or other small exchange business in the area that legitimately post their transaction rates.
