No inside jumping

not recommended because the landlords are very unsympathetic and have no respect for the tenants. In addition, nothing works in the apartments such as the oven does not get hot and the refrigerator does not cool. the beds are uncomfortable and spider / cobwebs everywhere

Only a Good Location in the nature

Location great, the rest is a flop. Ovens in both houses not working and the beds mediocre to rather bad. Landlords were crazy, complaining about volume at every opportunity, but quarreling loudly at three in the morning. The decrease was similar to a drug razia. In addition to the landlord couple, another couple was involved who turned the entire house upside down and checked all functions. The bottom line was that it cost us a refund for a plastic container that had already burst. Air conditioning cost us € 70 for three days of use in both houses, as a flat rate for seven days was billed. Absolutely not recommendable

Not good

The location of the house is not as good as shown in the pictures. There is a community pool. The devices in the house also worked very poorly. There are few parking spaces. Because the location was in the forest there were a lot of mosquitoes. We were accused of breaking things even though they were missing before. The owners are noisy at night. It's not very nice.

The service sucks

The service sucks. Im on the phone for 30 minutes and when they picked up, they hung up right after. Then I call back up and have been waiting for 60 minutes. I am on the phone as I write. If you are outside Germany, do not order from them! I spoke to someone named Christan. Terrible service!

Interchalet offers best quality houses, easy bookings for me. It is this one stop, shop experience. If you have questions, you just make a phone call and everything is arranged by the friendly and professional team. Well done Interchalet team, keep up the good work!

Trust is built with the customer experience

I returned to Interchalet after the experience in 2020 when they were extremely helpful and flexible in allowing my change of booking due to COVID-19 situation. Now when I start planning my 2021 holidays, I do have trust in this company and am happy with the choices made so far.

Interchalet are a bunch of thieves

Interchalet are a bunch of thieves - be warned.

I booked a house. It was listed that you were renting the entire house. Only when you get into the depths of the details that I found that they state it was actually just one room in what was effectively a frat house. I cancelled the reservation immediately and asked for refund. Even a partial refund as I had made a mistake of not checking carefully. They refused to even entertain a conversation on the matter. Do business with them with extreme caution.

Good communication

Good communication
the booking process went smooth. Interchalet answered accurate and fast. Did also contact the owner of the property to ask if we were allowed to be one extra person / child, which was confirmed by the owner.

Don't rent from interchalet

Don't rent from interchalet, there are so much better options!

We've rented for the first time with interchalet. The accommodation was fine only hosted by people who are not fond of foreign people. They also found it necessary to hold on to the deposit, which was remarkable because we left it in the exact same state we came in. Pictures and video's also proved this.

This matter we explained to Interchalet/HHD GmbH and then it became even worse. We contacted them at:

Every time we got PROMISED that they are going to call us back, which NEVER happend. After calling them (called all the layers also the higher management, whom also never responded) even more often they finally decided to look at the prove. and stated that we would get our deposit back and they were sorry for the situation. This respond I received at 23.10.2019. It's now 5-11-2019 and they still didn't refunded the deposit.

The true nature of a business comes to the surface in such situations. It is clear from this example that interchalet does not take customers seriously and provides a worthless service.

Not again..

The house is ok and lies in a wonderfull nature reserve "Val Grande" but lies up in the village and can not be reached by a normal car! We made complaints about it but ar set aside like liars after climbing up and down the mountain to the house for 2 weeks. Not alone carrying all our stuff up and down but also our daily grosseries. The owner was not present at arrival ( he arranged a friend who did not help us) and when we left he send the cleaning lady to check us out.

Our daughter fell out her bed at one night. This can happen anywhere of course. But when she kept fainting we could not carry her down to the bottom of the village where the car was parked so we had to call an ambulance to take here to the hospital. Her hand is still in plaster now.
Interchalet.com said we lie and the Product manager has been there by car and offeres us 70 euro "as a good gesture" ( till today we have not even received this)
We would have never rented this house not able to be reached by car. The way we were treated by the owner who was not present at arrival or departure and by interchalet.com we will not rent here again.

From heaven to hell

The view of our house takes us to heaven, the house itself and the service takes us directly to hell. The first week of our stay we noticed on the second day that we had to wash dishes and use the dishwasher and washingmachine only with cold water. When we checked inwe were told that there was leaking water from one bathroom. So we cold only use one little bathroom for us and 3 children. The tv wasn’t working and the electricity constantly fell out. We are almost at the end of out stay and we stayed 2 weeks. You didn’t bother to help us. We send and e-mail and you mailed that the mail was well received but no reaction after that. Today the electricity continues to fall out. We had to throw away everything we put in the freezer and fridge. Tv still isn’t working and we have no water!!!!!! Still no Reaction. Poor service! We called you again today and we demand a reaction and restitution of our money or we will take further steps! Please tell me if you would pay a big amount of money to go from heaven to hell!
