Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, you make a payment it doesn’t show on your statement for months. Web site is terrible. Will never use this company again.

Regional Bank in Texas and Oklahoma
After providing me sterling service for many years, my local bank merged with Interbank, a regional bank with branches in Texas and Oklahoma. Frankly, I feared a degradation in personal service. To date, however, the level of service has remained high and I observe that the local staff remains on the job and doing their jobs with all the competence I've learned to expect from them.
