Interakt.shop: My Nightmare of Broken Promises and Rude Customer Service!
I'm writing this post out of sheer frustration and a desire to warn others from experiencing the same nightmare I have with Interakt.shop. Let me start by saying, their pre-sales presentation was fantastic! They promised the world, particularly a WhatsApp Business API that would allow for bulk messaging. Perfect for my business needs, I signed up right away.
Here's where the dream turns into a horror story:
After signing up, their customer service went from charming to practically non-existent. It's been a month and a half, and guess what? My WhatsApp has been BLOCKED twice! Each time I reached out for help, a rep named Mr. Manish handled my case. Let me tell you, this guy's "customer service" skills are an insult to the term. Rude, dismissive, and unhelpful would be putting it mildly.
Tickets to Nowhere:
To add insult to injury, I've submitted countless service requests – #127542, #126280, #127092, #127543, #125648, #125889, #123994, and #122347 – in the past two months. Not. A. Single. One. has received a prompt or helpful response.
Reaching their customer service is like trying to climb Mount Everest barefoot in a snowstorm. It's a frustrating, time-consuming ordeal that leads nowhere.
The Broken Promises:
Remember that bulk messaging capability they touted in the pre-sales pitch? Useless. Here I am, stuck with a blocked WhatsApp account, a business on hold, and zero help from the very people who promised a seamless experience.
Is anyone at Interakt.shop listening?
Do you have any respect for your customers? Because right now, it feels like you don't. Fix your broken promises, train your customer service reps on basic courtesy, and most importantly, FIX MY WHATSAPP ACCOUNT!
If anyone reading this is considering Interakt.shop, please, learn from my experience and look elsewhere. There are plenty of other businesses out there that actually value their customers.
