Wish I could give 1 star

Wish I could give 1 star. Very poor support and unreliable integrations that simply don’t work. On top of that, they expect you to attend webinars at fixed times regardless of your time zone—completely impractical and frustrating. Extremely disappointing.

Very very bad experience

Very very bad experience. They took heavy charges from me and there is no response from the team and even they have refused for refund and cancel my subscription also.
I paid rs.42000/ plus taxes and i have not fully used the function even for 24 days and they have disqualified me for refund.
I request everyone pl dont be trapped and waste your hard earned money.

Absolutely the worst service experience…

Absolutely the worst service experience I’ve ever had

This has been the most pathetic and disappointing service I’ve come across. I was considering purchasing Interakt for two of my organisations, and I’m genuinely relieved that I opted for a 1-month trial first instead of committing long-term.

To begin with, getting in touch with their customer support is a nightmare. It takes ages to connect with someone, and even when you finally do, the experience is far from helpful.

The setup process was unbelievably time-consuming — it wasted nearly 15–20 days of my time. After all this, when I requested guidance on how to use the platform I had already paid for, they demanded additional charges for basic support. Despite losing so many days due to their delays, they refused to restart my package or compensate for the lost time.

On top of this, they even pushed me to recharge my account with ₹1000 extra for usage, which makes absolutely no sense given the poor service and lack of assistance.

Overall, the entire experience has been a total waste of money, and I strongly advise anyone considering this service to stay away. Their practices feel extremely unethical, and I would go as far as to call them fraudsters.

Save your time, money, and peace of mind — avoid Interakt.

Pathetic service.

Pathetic service.
I was contacted by an executive named Rakshith. Every morning, he would just send a “hi” or “hey” and then disappear without any follow-up. I even scheduled a Google Meet with him, but he never showed up. When I messaged him, there was no response. I asked him a couple of doubts, and he finally replied only on the last day of my trial — and that too after I pointed out his poor communication. In their support ticket system, they just bombard you with automated replies — that’s the only response you’ll ever get.

Poor

One Mr. Unnit Dedhia told me interakt cannot provide on the same company name so it took me nearly 8 months to get another company formed and then Mr. Sumukh took me for a dirty ride. At the time of selling he was all impromptu promising that he will be in all communications and get our CRM organized and pushing a panic buying tactic but once the payment was made he backed out and was only redirecting us to email support. Do not entertain their WhatsApp calls. Make normal calls and records their sales of what they commit.

They have stopped serving the starter…

They have stopped serving the starter plan after a year and directly closing for a quarter subscription. Even services are worse compared to it's pricing. No support number or call number provider. No customer value was given. Worst decision ever to go with them.

Interakt.shop: My Nightmare of Broken Promises and Rude Customer Service!
I'm writing this post out of sheer frustration and a desire to warn others from experiencing the same nightmare I have with Interakt.shop. Let me start by saying, their pre-sales presentation was fantastic! They promised the world, particularly a WhatsApp Business API that would allow for bulk messaging. Perfect for my business needs, I signed up right away.

Here's where the dream turns into a horror story:

After signing up, their customer service went from charming to practically non-existent. It's been a month and a half, and guess what? My WhatsApp has been BLOCKED twice! Each time I reached out for help, a rep named Mr. Manish handled my case. Let me tell you, this guy's "customer service" skills are an insult to the term. Rude, dismissive, and unhelpful would be putting it mildly.

Tickets to Nowhere:

To add insult to injury, I've submitted countless service requests – #127542, #126280, #127092, #127543, #125648, #125889, #123994, and #122347 – in the past two months. Not. A. Single. One. has received a prompt or helpful response.

Reaching their customer service is like trying to climb Mount Everest barefoot in a snowstorm. It's a frustrating, time-consuming ordeal that leads nowhere.

The Broken Promises:

Remember that bulk messaging capability they touted in the pre-sales pitch? Useless. Here I am, stuck with a blocked WhatsApp account, a business on hold, and zero help from the very people who promised a seamless experience.

Is anyone at Interakt.shop listening?

Do you have any respect for your customers? Because right now, it feels like you don't. Fix your broken promises, train your customer service reps on basic courtesy, and most importantly, FIX MY WHATSAPP ACCOUNT!

If anyone reading this is considering Interakt.shop, please, learn from my experience and look elsewhere. There are plenty of other businesses out there that actually value their customers.
