Really professional team - extremely helpful, nothing is too much to ask for / they explain the process very well. Would recommend & reuse their services again.

I approached Intelligence Mortgage Solutions after a recommendation from The Martin Lewis money forum. Let down by other companies bad advice in the past, I found myself stuck on a self cert interest only mortgage after my initial lender went into administration, with my previous brokers closed down by the fca for bad practice - an administrator picked up my existing mortgage, collected payments, but couldnt offer a new deal.

With a few small credit issues that other companies couldnt help with, I was at my witts end and felt sure Id be a mortgage prisoner.

The home I needed to remortgage was the home id grew up in and had big emotional ties to. I was genuinely worried Id loose mine and my childrens home. All I ever heard was no Im.sorry we cant help.

Then I found a recommendation on the forum and called the number expecting another no.

From first point of contact, the team and particulary Barry, Gary, Andy and Karl were fantastic. They kept in touch, no question felt too stupid and they explained everything in an easy to understand way. Most importantly, they made.me feel at ease, didnt make promises they couldnt keep and didnt apply any pressure. Just great advice and I was so relieved when they said they were sure they could help.

They hand held me through every step of the process to secure me a re-mortgage, with a few credit blips I didnt get an amazing rate but, but I did get a fair, low and affordable rate and most importantly a yes!

They kept in touch and even helped me secure a great deal on insurance too, with no pressure what so ever.

Nothing seemed too much trouble and they definately went above and beyond, keeping me calm and making sure nothing was too stressfull.

I will look forward to renewing with them when my deal ends. Amazing levels of customer service and made me feel human and didnt judge my situation. I cant thank them enough.

Sam and Karl were really helpful and achieved a successful re-mortgage for my cottage, when other advisers had taken up lots of my time and come up with zero. Why a professional woman should be relegated to the 'too hard' basket, after a 'certain age,' I don't know.
