If you would state what the service is for when you make your charges each month, perhaps I may be willing to keep some of these subscriptions, but just showing a name that I have no attachment to does not work for me. I’m sure that’s the case with many other people too, but thanks for canceling.

Though I had opted out and cancelled my subscription online, I continued to receive $29.66 charge on my credit card. I had one good experience with the woman who assisted in resolving my issue of ensuring the charges were dropped.
That being said, you've lost a customer.

A call to cancel my subscription because I have the information that I need, the representative that I spoke with was very professional and understanding. She even offered me a separate service to continue with intellius, but I declined. Thank you for the great customer service.

I have long been a subscriber to Intelius and have found that it always does its utmost to provide good service.
Thinking over my apparent need to unsubscribe, I find that I would like to retain the "People Search" component which I use most often. I would hope that you can reenroll me in this facet of Intekius.

I’ve called with questions 2 times and told someone would contact me with answers both times… never happened! Why are simple things like when clicking on “extended data” (which should be automatically loaded and included) and even when highlighting you want it INCLUDED ON PDF’s (which I pay extra for) IT NEVER SHOWS UP ON THE PDF!!!! That’s important details that are NEEDED ON THE PDF!!! Also you shouldn’t make someone give their EMAIL (taking PRIVACY AWAY) when SUBMITTING A “REVIEW” not it’s going to 1 star but I would give ZERO IF POSSIBLE!
