I would have given them 5 stars because my previous experience has been great but my recent purchase was short a light bulb. I have been trying to contact the company for a month. their emails bounce and there is no response from their online form. I can only presume the company has gone bust. I am sad that an Australian company is not doing well.

Great well priced product have bought about 30 of these globes now.
Phone support mainly using app and setting up there in has been fantastic much appreciated.
Support mainly on setting globes up in app, how to group globes and name them, how to delete old set ups etc. via Intel Labs web site would be very useful.
Works a treat with hey google
If these are the type of smart globes your after you can't go wrong.

Light works very well with my Amazon Echo Dot. The setup process was easy however I experienced some problems. The contact response time was extremely fast and helpful.

I purchased eight Smart Globes thinking they are small GU10, and this was my fault not reading the description and ignoring the photo as well. But later I had realised they were E27 Globes with GU10 adaptor. I requested for a cancellation of the order and it all went through without any dramas. Highly recommended seller. will buy again
