Best Licensing Service Out There!

I have been new to licensing and Steven's team has been a huge help with everything we do at our company. They've handled branch, company, and individual MLO licensing for us. Integrity is always on top of everything that needs to be done, has amazing attention to detail, and is always able to answer any left-field questions I have. I would recommend Integrity to anyone for their NMLS licensing needs. Thank you!

STAY FAR, FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

STAY FAR, FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I usually don't write bad reviews about companies but this company and their staffs have gotten me so angry and upset, I am writing a bad review about them. I am letting everyone know to stay away from this company. This company claims to be a christian based company but they are not. They are a bunch of liars and thieves. Steven was paid years ago for my Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia license years ago. I him to only move forward with my Maryland license. Even though he was already paid for DC & VA, I decided to wait. I went ahead and paid for MD license again because I did not renew due to health issues of me being in and out of the hospital. I contacted Steven to move forward with my license for DC, MD & VA. and he wanted me to pay the balance of the funds. The agreement was that half upfront and when I get my license, I will pay him the other half. Steven refused because I guess he thought he was working for free. Well you were already paid and if you spent the money that's on you. I did not mind I agreed to pay him in full. Steven then refused because I decided to use another name for my company and he said its a whole new company I have to pay again. I said ok, get the license in the old name you were paid in. He refused and we have been going back and forth and a lady name catherine got involved. She is rude and very unprofessional. She called me a bully and said I was using profanity. Not once did I bully her or use any profanity. She is a liar and she was the one bullying me online. I made it clear to her that she is causing my pressure to go up and she thought this was fun and game. These people have no respect for customers. They are mad because they spent the money and now they have to do the job and they are refusing to do the work they were already paid to do. I asked them not to contact me after so many rude and disrespectful emails. But catherine must be a little girl because she consistently would contact me. I even told her I have hired an attorney and all communications should be done through him. She still contacted me. I sent her a cease and desist email not to contact me and what did she do? She contacts me again through email. Jesus Christ, what is it going to take for these people to stop harassing me and do there job. They should not be call Integrity Mortgage Licensing, because they have no integrity. Why would they say that they are Christian based company? The Christians I know do not behave in this manner. Stay far away from this company. They claim they asked me for my name and address to send the documents to, they never mailed me documents the first time. They were trying to be slick to send me paperwork and claim there job is done. They failed to realized that the paperwork was scanned and emailed to me had so many mistakes on it. They copied and paste it from another client's file. I am highly disappointed in this company. I called another company to take care of the licensing. I later called the NMLS and decided that I can take care of this myself. It;s very easy. I refuse to give my hard earned money to rude, unprofessional people. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. WISH I CAN GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 1,000.
