I love the product. I dislike the simplistic account ID that sometimes appears which makes it to figure out which of two plans you are dealing with online.
Last year I had subscribed to a plan if yours which was not well suited to my needs, but I only learned that fact after I had it for some time and was not permitted to alter it. That plan had a day left on it when I purchased my new & excellent plan. Once I had the NEW PLAN, I went into my account a deleted the old plan, BUT SOMEHOW deleted the NEWon!,
IT WOULD HELP IF THE SERIAL NUMBER OR SOME SORT OF ID WERE ON EACH View OF THE PLAN WE SEE. At present, that is not the case.

Great so far
Great so far, only day 2! hence 4 stars, will update my review in time. Easy set up, super Mac friendly interface so definitely feels familiar and straight forward. Hoping to add that extra security I feel my iMac now needs, its just turned 5 yrs and Apple will no longer provide updates which is a bigger issue for another time!!
