Ordered a bracket for next day
Ordered a bracket, paid for premium next day delivery. But they put my order on hold because they didn't know the TV model number which was never asked in the order process. Unfortunately that email arrived in my spam which made me not see that on time. Regardless I found that if you are not asking for a model number of a TV in the order process you should not put it on hold when someone is paying for premium next day delivery. I needed this urgently and there is a reason I paid extra for premium next day, so it would receive it the next day. unfortunately they were unable to keep up with their promise to deliver the next day so I cancelled my order on the day it should have arrived. Disappointment.

Can't praise the service too much. They rang to check that my TV would actually fit the bracket and then delivered the next day.
Unbelievably good. I'd use them any day.

Excellent customer service
The website made it easy to choose the right bracket for my tv. The build quality was excellent - very sturdy. I had a question about installation and even got a detailed reply from the customer service email on the evening of New Years Eve. Very impressed and would definitely recommend IntecBrackets.

EXCELLENT SERVICE - FAST DELIVERY
We ordered a TV bracket specifically for a JVC TV. Intec Brackets has a website selection so that you order the correct bracket. It was very easy to select the correct one, but more amazing was how fast the bracket arrived. Normally mainland orders are free, but we paid a £4.99 offshore delivery charge, which we understood and accepted. The bracket arrived very well packed, with enclosed instructions.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Intec Brackets
