You do not mail and email the…

You do not mail and email the certificates directly to our customers when we renew. It is a hassle.

Exceptional service

Exceptional service, clear elaboration & clarification by Mr. Joe Schutte. Everything was smooth, I appreciated the attention to detail & clear communication. I suggest that if you're seeking any form of insurance you have to entertain insureon as a top option.

Most of the shoes are solid quality

Most of the shoes are solid quality. One pair disintegrated after on trip to the washing machine on delicate mode. The insole came apart. What I hate is the multiple salivary asking for a survey or offering varying but similar discounts. Once a sale in enough, thanks.

Reminder emails timed just right

Renewal reminders started just early enough to get it onto my to-do list and regular updates with a clear explanation of the due date allowed me to get this done at my convenience without anxiety. Straightforward online process for renewal with option to pay by bank account direct transfer was appreciated.

Assigned Broker failed dual diligence

My assigned broker refuses to do the research to lower our cost for e&o insurance for the past 3 years. She waits until the last minute and gives excuses. I sent her an email of my expectations and deliverables I needed to ensure she did her dual diligence. Received nothing.
