Great Insurer.

It was a very simple website to navigate, all my choices for added extras were easy to find but there didn't seem to be any pressure to purchase more insurance than I needed. The pricing was highly competitive, and I had my policy via email within minutes of finalising the transaction. Very easy to recommend this insurer.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience - operator transposed my health declaration to my husbands name (gynae issues) and then struggled to resolve. Complaint upheld but then documents issues without my daughter’s health declaration. 10’s of called to resolve. Admin sloppy and I have no confidence in the cover anymore. Have now insured elsewhere before travel as I remain concerned.

Holiday insurance

I had holiday insurance from this company last year which runs out soon so looked at renewing again for the coming year and as the price was roughly the same I decided to renew. I did this online and it was easy to do which is helpful. I was lucky not to need to claim and it’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars

Ripped off

Wanted to change my policy from Europe to include world wide to cape verdie because we were going to Turkey and decided to change

Called up I had already paid £212 now they want £500+ i had already done a quote online and it comes to £170 what is going on with this company.
Iv only had policy for 1 month only getting a refund of £127 when I paid £212

Our premiums can vary due to several factors, including inflation, rising medical costs, and the overall claims experience of the underwriter in the preceding year. Additionally, broader market conditions can also influence pricing. When cancelling a policy if it is outside of the 14 day cooling off period then you would only receive a pro-rata refund, this is stated in your policy wording booklet. This is because you have been covered since the date of purchase for any cancellations.
